Donation Class Radio Access

Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum]  Give the donor classes access to the team radio. At the moment none of the tiers (for 91st at least so I am assuming it's the same for all factions) can press U and chat in the radio.

 

Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?]  It is something I believe that is meant to be implemented, but was not. It is important for donor classes to be able to communicate with those who might not be in teamspeak.

This is me attempting to use the U radio, as you can see, nothing appears.

Yeah we need more accessibility between these things, some people don't have mics and need to use this, but im always on a donor, so its a definite must have
