New 501st Arc Model

Since the Current 501st Arc model is that of Jesse I believe we should be using a model that shows what he looked like in season 7 of thee clone wars and the battle of   Anaxes. I believe this will help to improve immersion and it is also is a much nicer looking model than the current Jesse

I'm not sure if we're still doing model changes, but if we are i don't see why this can't be changed. Although it does have a pretty big download size.

I'm not gonna -1 or +1 simply because community opinion/support on these types of things isn't really needed, it's mostly up to Garnet and Phantom, etc. But I will say the model itself is 13 MBs which is pretty big for just a single model, that's what I will say.

We already have a Jesse model that works just fine. Sorry, but this won't make the cut for now.
