(include any proof) : Biggu has multiple admin notes about scamming users, I took a sit the day before where he had scammed a player for 144k ( I reimbursed the player ). He runs an "auction" with high ticket shipments like the PSG once it hits a certain amount of bids he DCs and takes all the money, he was banned for NITRP. Didn’t read staff, as well as didn’t read staff rules. You also didn’t read staff rules, including the section that shows you didn’t read staff rules. Maybe read staff rules before applying. I don’t think you read staff rules either. -

I been playing for a couple days lol, my dude who started playing yesterday has a similar name as me so you must be thinking of him it seems and I also did read the rules I just wasn't on my forums account at the time. I was shift+tab on Gmod so I read it but wasn't login'd in and my English seems AI? I mean I always pasted English class with a A, so I wanted to make sure my application for the answer 13 was legible and apprehended. For answer number 4 I was confused if it meant server hours or game hours in total so my bad. -

(include any proof): Appeal Statement A few minutes prior to the alleged incident, I approached Kirkison to clarify whether the pot I was holding (note: this was not the item purchased from the VIP store, but one found via a dumpster/hobo source) caused damage or could be considered a weapon. He explicitly told me it did not. I then asked if I could test it, to which he gave me permission. After testing it on him, he confirmed again that it did not cause any damage. Following that, I began using the item casually in conversation. Approximately ten minutes later, two individuals—EctoGhost and Alfmal—reported me for allegedly attacking them with the pot. I do not deny that EctoGhost and Alfmal were damaged by the pot; however, this was unintentional, and I was only made aware that the pot caused damage after being informed by VDOT. Prior to this, I made a genuine effort to confirm that the item I was holding was not a weapon. I even consulted with an admin (Kirkison) to verify. The fact that I was given inaccurate information should be taken into account when reviewing this situation. After further investigation, I believe I have identified some of the miscommunication between VDOT and other parties. The issue appears to involve two individuals, djpro and Lex Luthor, both of whom I engaged with in the same manner, which ties back to the core matter at hand. I have since spoken privately with Lex Luthor regarding the situation. He expressed that he did not intend for it to escalate to the point of me receiving a ban and stated that he would be willing to speak on my behalf. I genuinely appreciate his support and character. Until that matter is addressed, I feel this incident was not handled impartially. It’s disappointing that over 30 minutes were spent on this sit, despite my efforts to clarify everything. In conclusion, I am formally appealing the following: The two-week ban The warning for "Diss in Sit" And I am raising concerns regarding alleged staff abuse in how this situation was handled.
