I'm gonna have to throw in a -1 This is a great application; you have prior staff experience, and you even read the updated staff rules, which is always a good thing. But man, that cheating ban is the only thing setting me back. If this were a garnet-only offense MAYBE I would've thrown my +1 or a neutral, but I checked your Steam profile, and you have MULTIPLE cheating bans on record. I can imagine they didn't make this decision to ban you for cheating because you were good at the game. Gunner has an amazing point. I think I have seen you maybe once or twice in-game, and that's not enough for me to change my mind. It's great that you were so eager to apply for staff, but I would've waited until everyone got to know you better. Sorry about that, man. Best of luck!

Neutral haven't personally had enough interactions with you myself. Prior staff history is a def a plus, and to be fair anyone that's not lazy/will go afk for hours is a plus for the server imo    Read more responses and reread the full app and saw the cheating ban stuff as I skimmed through prior to be honest that really sets me back towards -1 as I don't personally take lightly to any sort of cheating or exploiting when it comes to online multiplayer games. While people can change and show promise what says you don't just fall back in line of doing the same stupid behavior. Again I personally haven't interacted with you or know you that much so behavior could have changed/matured a lot but also cheating should not be taken lightly in any regards.

+1 You seem nice and friendly enough in our brief interactions on the server, and you clearly have the experience and dedication to be staff.   To be honest, saying "once a cheater, always a cheater" seems a bit over the top here. I don't know the details of your ban and the cheating accusations to have a strong opinion there, but I do know people grow up. A 22 year old hardly has the same maturity level as they did at 15/16, and I think some grace should be given. I know I made plenty of mistakes as a teenager that I learnt from, why can you?   If this doesn't work out, I agree with Gunner. Just put in more time introducing yourself to the server, I haven't seen you a ton aside from the last couple days. Prove to people why you can be trusted, especially when they're skeptical.
