First you were the one that called the sit, the sit clearly wasn't over as you were still actively asking me questions, and I hadn't teleported away. Second your one friend killed me and they other shot me, which was conveniently left out, I just got finished telling both of them that if they shot me again I would jail them. Third I did not warn you, I jailed you.   I also have a clip of this happening here

After my question was answered, I killed him because we were not actively in a staff sit and were simply messing around. Prior to this, I was never given any warning that killing him would result in an RDM warning. During the interaction, my friend Charp also killed Derpza while I was asking my question. Derpza verbally warned Charp by saying, “If you shoot me again, I’m warning you.” However, this warning was directed specifically at Charp and was never communicated to me. Despite this, I was later warned for RDM in a sit. My concern is that there was no clear warning or indication given to me that killing Derpza would result in a punishment. Since the situation did not appear to be an official sit and was instead a casual interaction while I was asking a question, I believe the warning was unfair and inconsistent with the warning that was given to Charp. He handled this super unprofessionally by falsely warning me for RDM in a sit, when in reality, we were NOT in a sit, and I wasn't warned this would result in punishment. I do have a KOS sign, so it was completely warranted and within the rules.
