Why should your ban be removed?:I said this all in roleplay to show my American spirit but I had no intent of it being directed towards the color of their skin. They were acting like idiots outside the gate so thats what led me to say that. I also was given 0 warnings and just an immediate ban without any confrontation with staff or anyone of the sort. I am sorry I said these things and I won't do it again.

After playing consistently for the past two weeks, however, I have realized that I am fully capable of dedicating a serious amount of time to helping the server grow. I am currently in an active faction, and I have already been putting my own time into encouraging activity and keeping players engaged. I have also been working closely with Zakariya, Nelson, and other members of staff to help wherever I can. I have hosted several events for the community, most notably a live war kill tracker, which was very well received by players and added another layer of engagement to the war.   I was also previously part of the executive team before the server shut down, and at the time I did everything I could to help keep it afloat. Because of that experience, I have a strong understanding of the server's structure, its community, and the issues that have affected it over time. I believe my perspective is valuable because I have seen the server at its peak, watched it decline, and now seen where it stands today. I am also comfortable handling more serious situations, including suspected cheating, complex player disputes, and major cases of community toxicity. I believe I have the judgment and experience necessary to deal with these situations calmly and fairly. Alongside this, I am very acquainted with this servers community and generally know most players to understand different peoples needs, especially when it comes to balancing for both AFG and US.   At this point, I would like to move beyond only contributing as a Gamemaster. I want to take on more responsibility, become more involved with the staff team, and contribute wherever I can to the long-term growth and success of the server. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: GM + Admin (Both Accepted) What inspired you to apply for this position?:   After playing on the server for a relatively short period of time and seeing the direction it is heading, I genuinely want to be a part of its growth and help turn it into something great. The more events I host and the more involved I become in calls discussing the server's direction, future content, and specific updates, the more I want to contribute beyond my current role. I want to help push things further, bring forward ideas, and take a more active role in helping the server reach its full potential.
