I also understand that moderation and staffing is about helping people and enforcing this servers rules, not slamming the ban hammer on whoever ticks me off or ignoring people’s reports. I like to think what sets me apart from the other applicants is that I’m willing to put in the effort and be dependable if needed at any time. I’d love to help with the actual players that wanna rp and have a great time when there’s the guy “prop blocking” or “rdming” and don’t get the chance to. I’m capable of hearing both sides of a situation and understanding both sides of the story and making decisions based on the rules rather than personal opinions.   As a staff member I would like to set examples to the other players and being someone that they feel as if they can come up to if/when they need help. I hope the staff team see’s that if given the opportunity to staff with them I will do my best & represent Garnet Gaming to the best of my ability. While also maintaining a positive and fun environment for all the players. I Know I don’t have past staff experience but I am happy to teach new players the rules and expectations of the server. I also want to help players with questions and issues and I will make sure it is handled fairly and respectfully.   I also believe that communication and teamwork are important parts of being staff. I will do my best to stay level headed during a conflicts. I am not afraid to go to other staff members for help to solve a conflict.   overall Garnet MRP should be open to everyone no matter what play style they like. Everyone should be given a chance to be happy. I will be a good role model for players in the server. I will be fighting on the ground with the players and making sure plays are playing well together and when the occasion rises I will help played who are having issues.    My number one goal is to make sure Garnet MRP is a positive environment where players have fun and feel safe and welcome.   Have you made any previous applications, If so when: I don’t believe so.   What inspired you to apply for this position?: before the server was shut down. I always tried to help players with there issues and I tried to help resolve them. I wanted to become staff but I didn’t have the time to do the work. Now though I do have more time on my hands now that I am graduating. And I want to continue what I did then. I want to not hustle help the server I want to help people.
