Pretty Weak App, I know you in game and you seem mature, but this needs improvement   -1 for now

In-game name: Crohnos (In the past it was Taco Daddy)    Discord username: ogcrohnos    Age: 22    SteamID: STEAM_0:1:80476920    Active Warns: 0    Timezone: Central Standard Timezone    Current Playtime: 364 Hours    Do you have access to Discord and a microphone?: Yes    Are you a member of the Garnet Gaming DarkRP Discord?: Yes    Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: Yes, I currently use shadowplay but any recommendations for better clipping software are appreciated.     Referral(s): Fat Good BOI    Past experiences as staff: I have staffed Garnet in the past and believe I got to the role of a Senior Moderator, but I could be wrong as this was quite some time ago. While it has been some time I am confident that I will be able to jump back into this role and continue to help the server as an administrator.     Why should we choose you over other applicants?:   I’ve been around Garnet for a long time, long enough to have seen the server evolve and to understand the vibe that the community expects. With 364 hours on record and zero disciplinary actions, I’m also a reliable and present player. I've spent enough time on the server to see most situations that can happen unfold, and this gives me the confidence to handle whatever may happen. I’ll be there to keep the game fun for everyone by enforcing the rules fairly, not to power trip. Since I spend most of my time interacting with players and getting to know the regulars, I have a good read on the community. This will help me de-escalate situations during sits since I usually already have a rapport with the people involved.  I’ve held staff positions here in the past, and while it's been a few years, the core of DarkRP remains the same. I know the rules, I know how to handle clips/evidence, and I’m ready to jump back into staffing and help keep the server running smoothly.     Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details:  No, I remember being warned for RDM on a different server many years ago due to a crossfire incident, but nothing beyond a simple verbal warning.     Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:  Yes! To garnet gaming under the name Taco Daddy many years ago.     How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: To be honest I don't have a ton of time to spend on the role as I am typically on call for work and have a wife and kid that takes a lot of my time, but I try to make a point to get on at the minimum 2-3 times a week. That being said I will absolutely have enough time to make a positive impact on the community and keep up with the staffing requirements.     If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Outside of Garry's Mod I quite enjoy flipping computers to resell them, and bonding with my newborn son. I am also a Safety Specialist so while it may sound a bit nerdy I quite enjoy reading and staying updated on federal regulations from OSHA / EPA / RCRA / DOT and others. Beyond this when I have the time, I also enjoy a good round of golf, even though I am not the best, and riding my dirt bike at the local ATV park.     Did you read the staff rules?: Crohnos 

I hugely +1 this application. Our interaction months ago was honestly started off terrible, but you immediately took accountability, we were able to talk things through, and the conversation ended up being genuinely productive and helpful for me. You gave me insight into my own server and how some players mith be experiencing things in ways that isn't very obvious to me. TLDR the way you handled things made me gain huge respect for you, after thinking you're a goddamn troll for the longest time.
