In all honesty I didn’t even know you were on the server, let alone had a conversation or ever seen you on, if you’ve come back from not playing the server for awhile or anything like that I’d highly recommend getting your self situated in the server and with the community, if enough people reply with you being active and well known through out the server than I’ll +1 but right now it’s a -1 Along with what I remember you were kinda mingy when I last knew you but I could be mistaken.

Your application is very well written and answers what is being asked. However, it is your first and only post on the forums. I won't count that against you but I'm sure other people will. The forums are a major part of the community and using it actively and properly (not shitposting on serious topics) is very important. A lot of business is handled on the forums (applications, announcing staff LOA, handling reports and appeals, and so on). Now, I know of you, but having strictly talked to you or had any type of conversation. I've never seen any immature behavior and I believe at one point you were a Warrant Officer for Army. I'm glad you took initiative and joined an RU Spetsnaz faction so that you can get to know the "other half" of the server. I've heard great things about you from both Army enlisted and officers, and although I'm not in a place to judge you since I'd be going off of what other people have said, I think based on all of this that you might be a good fit for the staff team. With that being said, +1, I believe you may be a useful asset (even though you'd only be starting out as a trial moderator) and given time your communication on the forums will hopefully improve. I'm not going to count the lack of forum activity against you but I definitely hope that that changes, and that you use the forums more often since it is a very important tool and line of communication.

My response here is going to be similar to my response on another application. Your answer to this question is more of a retelling of your experiences as staff on another game but without any explanation to what types of skills you may have gained from it, and how they could be useful on a Gmod server. I've never had any interactions with you so I'm in no place to judge you based on that and as such I won't. Based on the application however: I don't see anything wrong with it aside from how you answered the big question. Saying you're going to do something that is a goal but not a specific plan of action is not the same as explaining how that will benefit the server. Granted this doesn't has to be as deep as I am making it because: 1, it is a Gmod server; 2, you're applying to be a trial-moderator, which is no guarantee that you'll be in any higher position that has enough power to make a major benefit to the server (ie. tmods aren't able to act in the same way managers and superadmins are); and 3, not only have I never had a conversation with you, you don't have any negative reputation that I know of which gives you an advantage that other people might not have. It isn't right of me to -1 someone else's application even if my tone is supposed to be neutral, so I have to do the same to yours. -1, in your particular case the only thing that I feel would change my response would be more of a proper answer to the main question. In the end though, you may likely be accepted into the staff team as it's coming close to when an official response is needed and the overall response to your application is positive. Best of luck.

Gonna be a + 1 from me. I remember when we were first PPS, then SSP together. You were always chill, always willing to help, and I cant remember a time where I did not enjoy being around you. I Just Got here and if we are talking about advertising bans then Razorback should still be banned for advertising his YouTube channel but he got unbanned because it was "Garnet Related" so i mean if you guys wanna ban killerdellz then Razorback needs to be banned again. I get advertising is bannable but as long as its for/about Garnet then it should be allowed because its promoting the server. But if your promoting someone else's stream then yes its bannable but if your streaming on Garnet and showing other people our community then it should be a bonus. But banning someone trying to promote the server just gives us a bad name for example. "hey guys come watch (soANDso) stream this server" Then we look bad when we ban the streamer because we don't allow content creators to promote our server. anyways if you don't get what im trying to say is that don't ban people for advertising something GG Related.

On your first staff app (August 22nd, 2018) you claimed you were 14 turning 15 soon in a month.(Correlates with the time provided with your birthday. Next staff app (September 20th, 2018) you claim you were 15, despite your birthday being on the 21st.(Not a horrible issue). Buttttt.... it's been a full year since when you turned from 14 to 15. So I ask this question, which staff app was there an error. Which staff app did you lie on. Or are you 16 now and forgot to put it? Idk who you are. I don't know why you think spending money on the server makes you immune to the rules. We have the rules for a reason. It's your responsibility to know and abide by them.

Why is everyone trying to permanently ban someone for promoting the server? What makes everyone so erotic from getting someone perma banned? I'm actually confused if we're running a community or a dictatorship.

Bro don't get all angry, no one is being unprofessional you were banned under banable reason, if you're really upset you should have read the rules, you being a level 38 means you should have been aware of the rules behind streaming. Stop complaining and wait for someone to decide if your ban is worthy or not.

@TBFYKingSnippy put this ban through. Unfortunately advertisement is a serious rule to break on the server. Reading the rules is really important and i'm surprised that with 150 hours you haven't seen someone get banned for something like that. However, seeing how late this must have occured makes me think there was maybe 20-30 people online? And you're also a donor so maybe some leniency can be shown if you honestly didn't know about the rule since you didnt advertise during peak hours or something. idk. Guess ya should wait on word from Snippy or an Operator.

i agree with you just i tried my best with the power i had and i also said i will take the full punishment if its denied because i did wrong but was trying to do right in the process of making the server more controllable if it was possible. thanks for your opinion
