Somethings I really don't get sometimes. To preface this, community opinion doesn't matter on reports, that being said, this is about Buddha's status as a manager and a respected member of the community. First things first; what the fuck, dude? I don't know what the fuck got into your head, but ever since the exact moment that you acquitted from the hacking report you've been going around the community joking about it like you're bulletproof. I don't think you understand that you got away from that by the hair of your fucking chin. In fact, the only reason you walked away from it is because there was a legitimate concern from us that everyone involved in the case was going to have a suicide on our hands, and frankly we can do without that. Seriously, we went out of our way to do fucking damage control so you would keep your position and hopefully cool off and help the community and you go around doing shit like this, posting screenshots with ESP type shit all over them, making shitposts about your ban like, really dude. You are not above it all. We took your emotional appeal to heart, truly believed that there was something else going on after several puked breakfasts, and went out of our way to find an answer to give the rest of the community. I still get PMs from players (got two more since I've been awake) asking whether or not you should've been banned, and then I see this shit. You really betrayed my trust man, and it fucking pisses me off when I stuck my neck out for you. Get the fuck out of here bro.

Accepted Samsong's report was dealt with in game Buddha will be banned for 6 months from MRP for Toxicity Normally a report like this would not come with such a huge punishment like this but Buddha has been given many chances on the server. He has shown that he does not care about what people think and makes a mockery about his hacking accusations with the image he posted yesterday. Buddha has been given many chances, this was sadly his last straw on MRP.

Doesn’t matter. Nobody said you can’t have dark humor, but the rules said not to reflect it towards players, especially those who are clearly not invested in wanting to joke around with you. So that makes it okay? The only difference between a DDoS threat and a death threat is one of them involves internet connection. They’re both threats. Okay so just because worse things are said and done, means that we should let it slide? That’s funny because “Really?” was the first thing I said when I finished reading this report. Why would a death threat be any different, joke or not? The victim card equivalent of “he said jk”. Maybe because you said a death threat “joke” to someone who wasn’t in a joking mood? If this is how you interpret rules over on DarkRP as a manager, then I’m really worried for the members over there. Just because you say it “doesn’t apply”, then that means it’s okay? It’s just so crazy to me how the bar is lowered for someone with such an influence on the community, but if this were a report on any under the radar player, you yourself would be +1ing it.

That's not just the issue though people are having. You keep getting into controversial stuff, acting immature, and doing stupid stuff without reprecussions. That's what it's really about. You got out of a community ban because of people who had a deep concern for you. You then go around and start memeing about it all, and even doing stuff like posting that picture I mentioned earlier. You get caught doing stupid things, then make these apologies to make it look like you're sincere, but then do more stupid things and repeat the process. You made a whole essay report on Enigma saying how he's corrupt, bad at staff, etc. You straight up just tried to ruin someone's image, then apologize when you were wrong. You then come and do this and repeat the process over again. To simply put, you're making a negative image of yourself with a good portion of the community and you just don't seem fit for the position you're in right now, and people are just tired of seeing you get off without any punishment because you make some sort of excuse. You say all these things in your apologies how you're gonna be better, or something similar along those lines, but you just keep fucking up. I think Kendal sums it up pretty well how some of us feel and why we're upset. I'm going to be truthful when I say it doesn't seem like you're actually sorry, you're just sorry you got caught because you keep slipping up and getting caught in controversy. You'd think you would've learned on what you say/do has an impact with the community when you made your report on Enigma.

I am sorry, is this a joke report? This is the internet, if you aren't ready for literally anything, you might have a bad experience. This is shit that went on in MW2 lobbies, I would put this in a compilation, cause it sounds like he is holding back from laughing that entire time. Its like when you watch those 1v1 videos in R6, and that guy that is losing is stupid salty (like buddha is the guy that's losing). Ever raid a guy in rust? Ever have an argument online? I'm a good friend of buddha and I know his humor. Hes obviously joking PLUS "You are now on my hit list for people to kill" literally sounds like a joke If someone would make an actual kill threat I don't think he would be saying that lmao death treats usually go like "ill fucking dox you and come to your house and fucking stab you you fucking pussy"

So after watching the videos, specifically Buddha's since Samsong was already dealt with, I can see how one wouldn't take it as a joke if they don't know the person. Idk Buddha and that doesn't really sound like he's 'joking' to me. But me personally I wouldn't have done anything, but that's me personally, I'm not speaking on behalf of Whitebolt. However, as a DarkRP Manager you are going to be held to a higher standard than most players, Buddha. While no one is saying you can't make jokes, you have to watch what you say and do because not only are you a DarkRP Manager, but you constantly have eyes watching you because of everything you keep getting involved in. And joke or not just like DDoS threats, I think death threats should be taken just as seriously. They're both criminal offenses, and I'd go as far as to say death threats are even worse than threatening to take down a server. You have to watch what you say and do as a figure in the community Buddha and judge situations. It also doesn't help that you go on to say: "I'm very serious" in the clip of you saying the threat to Whitebolt. I don't understand why you think making a death threat is completely different from making a DDoS threat, or threatening to dox someone, even if it is in a joking manner. If we can't make jokes about DDoSing/doxing, then why can we make jokes about death threats? Why is that okay?

Making another statement here, no I don’t know Buddha enough to know he’s joking I’m pretty sure I said that in my report. Secondly he needs to set an example he saw there was a problem and could have helped but instead he decided to wait and give me death threats at the end of a “joke” . Hahah very funny joke guys. Like seriously, by all means I even asked if he was serious and the answr was “yes” . Because even I thought he was joking maybe if he said “no” I wouldn’t have made this report. And personally I am going through some really rough patches atm with my mental health so it wasn’t all to funny for me, but that’s all.

thank you for your feedback. The whole thing that ducky says was "mean" was just me asking him jokingly how deep a six foot hole was , a reference to beetle juice, I believe ducky knows it was just a joke. Also, most of these toxicity reports are from when I was in army. Since being in a soc faction I have shaped up into becoming a more respectful person and engaging in helping new players. I hope that the people can move past the past and look at what I have become and improved on.

This sounds like more of a joke to me, I don't really see a reason to punish him just for this. But the way Buddha's been acting lately it's pretty insane to me that he still has a rank in game and on the forums. I don't play darkrp, I don't know how much you do for it, if you do anything at all, but it really seems like you must be doing a whole fucking lot for it if you're getting away with this much shit.

It was late at night. No one else in the channel seemed to have a problem with it. It was very clear, even to people who do not know me, that I was in no way serious. I didn't even think twice about it, as I have said similar things to other manager, players and even Garnet in some way or another. He never raised any alarms while I was in the TS channel, nor in the hour and a half later. I didn't even say it in a menacing way. Yes, I am a DRP manager, and I should be held to a higher standard. But you have to pick the right fights. Because I am a DRP manager, I cannot have dark humor, or be anything other than serious? I thought it was funny. Everyone else in the channel thought it was funny. And I knew most of the 2GA officers there. I knew Zach. I knew Moab. and Whitebolt and I had exchanged words in passing. We spent about 15-20 minutes in the GB channel the day before, and I'm sure from the brief words we exchanged he could tell I was constantly joking and not serious with the things I said. For all the people +1ing, please keep this in mind - we are in a Garry's Mod community, where worse things are said and done than "you're on my hit list". Really? There is a difference between a DDoS threat and a "death threat", if you can even call it that. Joke or not, as reminded to the community in the past, a DDoS threat is always met with punishment. However, in a situation where I had no idea what was going on. In a situation where the final outcome did not effect me whatsoever, I made a joke. Albeit, it didn't make WhiteBolt laugh, and I have already apologized multiple times to him. The video he posted is also cut off, and the full conversation will be below. As you can hear from my recording, multiple people are laughing and the only person who seems to be taking this a little too seriously is WhiteBolt. I understand why you would make a comparison, but it doesn't apply.

This would honestly be a pretty good idea. Just like the squad system on MilitaryRP. But on StarWarsRP. This will help Teammates know where there battalions members are. This will also help out with communication to.

I made a decision to report him to Aiden myself and the matter was taken care of, you decided to come onto the TS make a statement and asked if you were serious and you said "very serious". You just told me that i'm on your hit list because I took an Officer class away from a SGT in 2GA, which by Aiden and Garnet is against the rules. So on top of that you're promoting bad behavior on MRP, and this is why I made this report. Denying the fact that this is wrong is essentially telling yourself and other people that both death threats and Ddos threats are perfectly ok.

DENIED As i'm sure you're well aware, advertisement is not allowed no matter the extent. With these sorts of appeals, you need to prove to use you have learned a lesson and in this case it's apparent you haven't. Replying to every comment from a staff member, even insulting them (see quote) is a big no no when it comes to appeals. The ban is not invalid just because the banning staff member has been removed. The evidence still exits here on the forums in your previous report. I agree that in the future there might be a possibility for you to be un-banned but until you are able to prove that to us, you will remain banned. (Trying to act like the staff member made a mistake in your previous appeal doesn't look good on you either) @Chase@eXg-Buddha@proggy lock & Move.

I've been staying out of this case because quite frankly I don't wanna be apart of it but like bro what you just stated makes absolutely 0 sense and does not help the sway a decision of the report whatsoever.

Just gonna throw it out there, it's really easy to say some retarded shit you regret saying, and then claiming it's a joke. Chances are people will come to your aid in saying "Oh I know him! He would neeeeeever be serious about that kind of thing!" (which did happen :D) Your tone gave no indication of joking, and throughout the video you even continue arguing not throwing any more "jokes" out after that one. The conversation was serious, your tone was serious, and all of the points that Shrimps highlighted in his response are serious. You've been called out for very serious things a couple of times now, and it doesn't fail that you just joke about these things like you weren't on the verge of getting banned from the community. I won't speak on the issue of the suicide stuff as it's far too touchy and in this instance I'm not too knowledgeable on that situation. However you have repeatedly shown a pattern of either disrespectful or just incompetent behavior recently. This is another pattern of behavior I am seeing. You do some really dumb shit, make a "sincere" apology, continue to make insincere "jokes" about your behavior, Do some dumb shit, rinse repeat. Case and point, the Enigma report. You made an entire report on the guy, outright slandering him and then when pressed BY ME in the PDSS TS Channel, you said you stand by everything you say and you wouldn't be backing down. You said all of that after you'd taken the thread down to avoid looking like an idiot iirc (something you'd been very critical of Conway doing in the past.). Furthermore after stating you stand by everything you said, and saying you had proof you could add to the thread, you continued to reopen the thread and gave the same kind of cheap, "sincere" almost company PR level response as you did here. You did all of that claiming Garnet condoned the behavior when he had no idea what the fuck you were on about. This apology is anything but sincere. And I'm sure next week we will be right back here, another report made on Buddha, another shitty apology, A bunch of self-depricating jokes about a situation you DID NOT escape from unscathed, and much respect lost. I honestly don't know how you keep getting away with this kind of shit. You have nothing to apologize or feel bad about doing. You did the right thing. However whenever it comes to anyone on MRP being toxic and rightfully being called out for it, a large clump of the community rushes to their aid and claims anyone wanting him punished is just a snowflake. So I made this report Mainly on Buddah for that fact of both immaturity and overall just being a douche to me, since then I had time to think it over and I felt bad but at the same time he needed to learn a lesson for his actions so I was gonna let Aiden or any other manager ban him until Buddah PM'd on discord this morning. The result of this report was gonna be a perma ban on Buddah's side, and I didn't want that even when making this post I just wanted a warning or just a simpler few day ban. Buddah needs to learn to grow up and be mature about things especially when he has this much power in Garnets community, saying things like that especially to people with mental health issues is just not cool. Any form of punishment towards Buddah is NOT needed at this point, on the other hand on samsongs side idk what I was thinking when I made this post also about him other than that I wanted Frogmen to but I could've just talked to Porche about this and it would've probably been dealt with. If you're a staff or manager or just a respected person in a community you need to set an example do not cheat/lie/minge/immaturity/go against any rules/THREAT . This will just set as warning for Buddah but next time I will not be hesitant as to forgive easily and see this as a mistake or a "joke gone bad" . This will also set an example as to be not threat or mistreat anybody in a way that frays against their mental health cause it is a serious issue.

It is very disturbing to know you would say something like this and then say "I was joking". +1 For Samsong, the sit already resolved I saw him change his name to Supreme Leader on PDSS whitelist. I was told that "Samsong is a big friend of garnet", so his actions are allowed, which is not a completely valid reason to get on and minge on the server, I get people are just having fun but set a terrible example for the new players. @eXg-Buddha Come in the channel joking making threats, I think you are setting bad example as DRP manager. Could be just a joke but still it was perceived to whitebolt as threat

I dont see what is wrong here. The Samsong report was handled in game so you shouldn't of taken it to the forums, and even if you wanted to escalate it, couldn't you have taken it to the faction leaders? Also, if you're going to be playing on GMOD you need to learn to take a joke, as most of Buddha's comedy is sarcasm. I agree Buddha shouldn't even be doing this, but if you can't take a small joke like that you dont belong on GMOD. In summary, this report accomplishes nothing and I believe you had a tantrum about the whole ordeal a bit later because someone did the bad. Yikes. You should learn to take a joke as stated previously. If you believe every single little thing a person says should be punished, more than half of the playerbase would be reported or banned by now. This is GMOD most of the people here use dark humour. At most I only see 2 things wrong here, 1, the WL that was dealt with in game, and 2, Buddha's behaviour that was more likely than not either humour or just fucking around.

This is an easy +1 for me because I always asked my brothers in TS about where they are and the LAAT placed me in the wrong area.

I'll try my best to get donation support out of the way on April 27th. I have finished working on SWRP to a point where I am comfortable with it, and I will be away tomorrow.
