In-game Name: 2GA PVT Dex Faction You're Applying For: GRU/MID Rank Achieved: MAY (Don's 2nd in command at the time) What did you do in the past to deserve reserves?: From training 2GA as GRU officer, helping recreate tryouts, trying to create a role-play environment, and doing faction raids most crucial thing that has to be taking in effect is training 2GA to become GRU. When I was 2nd in command of Don's GRU I used to take one of 2GA that look like GRU material and prepare him for tryouts, practicing within sims and overall giving them advice on the server, I think what I did for GRU was try to create role-models to help the next generation of people that come in GRU; I try to prepare people for officer roles, which you don't see in that often anymore. Overall I tried to help create skilled and professional minded people in GRU in Don's image. What will you do moving forward to have a positive impact on the faction?: I believe I have what it takes to have my reserves back because of my extensive officer skill set and experience that I have acquired during my time on the server. The biggest thing I was taught is to never look back at your mistake; always learn from it, then improvise, adapt, and overcome. My drive as a 2IC is at an all-time high and when I’m not in-game I wish that I could be to make GRU dominate in-game. I make sure that I can do everything I can, try to make all members feel welcomed and comfortable in GRU, and always make sure that the faction is in the best state that it can be in and do everything with the betterment of the faction in mind. I am proficient in making strong soldiers in GRU and training some 2GA to become GRU which the faction can benefit from and improve their them overall. I want to be as transparent as possible to every single member of GRU . I am willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that all GRU members strive in every aspect of the server and pick them up and help them get up when they fall down; “We are only as strong as our weakest link”. I will also use the experiences that I have learned during my time in the Vega being an officer and my experiences within being MAY and help GRU get back to the state they were in. These are the qualities I have to offer if I was accepted for the reserves.

Just a small reminder folks, tomorrow at like, 1ish, 2ish EST, that is when I am putting the things into the RNG system and then buying the 50 credits, just letting you guys know now, in the case someone sees this and wants to ya know, put their name into the bin. Only reason I mentioned it is because his entire post is worded in a sense that makes it seem like the faction isn't locked. Whereas Tayler openly said how he would benefit it in the future when it is re-opened and assist the next leader. Care to pm me if you want to continue this. Pretty sure Tayler made a reserve request for SEALs while the faction is locked so I don’t think that should be a problem. Overall, +1 because I do believe Dex has the capability of using his qualities in the past and helping GRU whenever it opens back.

Now call me retarded but isn't GRU locked? Regardless I do think you're someone who'd be good to have reserves. I just don't really see how the 'moving forward' portion fits if GRU is gonna be locked for the time being. I'll ignore your grammatical errors since from what I recall you're foreign. Personally I'd say you should wait before applying considering you just made a reintroduction within 15 hours, however I'm pretty confident you'd be a good face for the faction once it re-opens. +1

In-game Name: 2GA PVT SoldierboiFaction You're Applying For: 2GA Rank Achieved: Marshal (O-10)What did you do in the past to deserve reserves?: While I will admit I had my short comings while Marshal and GenPkn (after marshal), I believe that I truly tried my best to improve the faction and overall server health. While Marshal, I tried to improve the officer base and make it stronger than my predecessor (since we lacked officers) and for a time we did have a surplus in officers, however brief and I did lead by example. I did tryouts when there weren't any officers on or active, trained when RFRs were being burnt out/ wanted to play war, and just kept enlisted entertained by doing stupid shit like screaming into my mic. Also, as marshal I was steadily active, being on for around 3-5 hours a day, with small breaks for my mental health, dinner, and things similar to that. When I left the faction after being burnt out, I left it in a decent state while still being an LT, dual factioning with 2GA and PDSS. During that time, I went out of my way to help 2GA even when it wasn't my responsibility. Training, doing tryouts, and doing similar stuff that I would do as marshal, except for maybe an hour or so. Skipping around a month or so of time, I came back to 2GA with the full intent to be a general, and if need be, a marshal again. This time, I was more active than ever, being on around 4-7 hours per day for 2 weeks straight. This led 2GA to eventually get numbers again, which hasn't been seen in a while. Specifically, after a week of hard work, a page of enlisted during peak hours and steady numbers before (not sure about after peak hours). This continued until I got burnt out again and took an LOA, the rest is fairly well known on what transpired and if not I will not regurgitate it again. Leaving me to leave again. While leaving 2GA, I poured my heart into the faction and showed results with the skills I've gained and learned overtime. While not improving 2GA long term as I thought I would've, I did my best while I was in the faction and improved its numbers and player retention every time. What will you do moving forward to have a positive impact on the faction?: Moving forward, I will learn from the many mistakes I've made while leading 2GA and hope others know not to make the same ones. I can offer advice or input on decisions for 2GA or how to approach problems in the faction. For the school year, I will hop on every now and then to see how the server is doing and help in the little ways I can while making sure my real life isn't been screwed up. For example, I can hop on every other weekend or so and do a tryout, sims, or just talk with enlisted to keep them on the server. After school ends, I will possibly come back off my reserves. As I cannot see into the future, I can't say for certain if I will come back, but if I have as much free time as I did this year, then I will definitely come back and off my reserves to help 2GA in anyway I can. Adding onto the fact that I will not be as stressed as I was recently, I will have a cooled temper and generally will avoid causing drama or involving myself in it and can advise others to do the same. (I understand that with the drama surrounding me recently if this application is denied due to that, however I do believe that it is not in my normal character to be as aggressive or toxic as I was when handling that situation.
