You were banned this year for cheating, though the ban was put through at only 6 months. Not to mention you also massed a less than a month after the ban wipe in 2019. You have consistently cheated on the server in the years I've played usually always with 2GA SKS and it wasn't until recently have I recalled you being punished. -1.

You were not supposed to be unbanned. Garnet banned you for 6 months for cheating because he had a brain fart and forgot it is perm, I was merely correcting the mistake Garnet made. If you spent money while playing you can make some sort of donation support thread and contact @Garnet to resolve your issue.

+1 I agree with what Diego said, I have played with Fetn quite a bit and the man has some insane aim. That flick was hard though, I wish we could see it from Fetn’s perspective or someone else’s as well, but I think more evidence is needed to uphold the ban.

The jobs have the wrong weapon classes applied to their loadouts. This list is to make it easier and faster for Garnet to fix this without needing to do a ton of searching through files and folders or otherwise troubleshoot. After some time looking at the class loadouts, I have a list of jobs using the wrong weapon classnames, sorted by weapon. This list might be incomplete, but this is the closest I can get by comparing the F4 menu's loadout list and the available weapons in the Weapons tab of the spawnmenu. While investigating this, I had also found some inconsistencies with class loadouts that I'm not sure have happened on purpose. For the "duplicated" weapons, I don't have the classes (or even feel the need) to compare the stats between the different versions.

Denied @Papiraqi was not in the wrong for picking you up and asking for you to remove the prop block. He is not obligated to deal with RDM that happens in front of him without a report, and it isn't clear that he actually witnessed RDM from your videos. However, I don't see a ban for prop blocking spawn as necessary in this situation. Your ban will be reduced to 4 days for NITRP, along with a 14 hour deduction for ban time spent. @proggy @DiegoZavier lock and move.

Prologue: I had an incident with another player where I was RDMed under the guise of a "raid" while I was obviously stuck in someone else's props and could not move. I was even asking for help to be released from the props. During this, a player/mod (Johnny__) adverted raid, knifed me, then ran off and did not raid the base in question. I was NOT part of the base or the raid and could not even move. He did not proceed to raid the base, but only aimed to kill me because I was stuck. In frustration, I broke NLR and shot Johnny. I am fully aware that was a rule break and deserved a warn. I have no intention of appealing that warn. Briefly after, I was sat by Krytz with Johnny where we discussed the situation. It was extremely obvious he did it solely to RDM and all I was asking for was that he be warned as well. Krytz only sought to get mad at me for breaking NLR (which I had already admitted to) and refused to believe that Johnny broke RDM rules. Apparently many people constantly record while playing GMOD these days (something I cannot do due to processor limitations RIP) but I do not. Because I could not explicitly prove I was not basing with the people who's props I was stuck in, Krytz decided the Johnny was innocent and mocking me from that point on was the right course of action. This whole sit and interaction was totally unprofessional and Johnny had very obviously broken the rules. Johnny began mocking me, I asked to be released from the sit, but Johnny began begging me to be jailed. After being released from the sit and going on my way, I was suddenly jailed by Krytz. None of what I wrote above really is the main issue. I am not appealing my warn. The main issue started when I asked to sit with another admin. 2 admins came to me at first (Xen Linux and Radio Will). I had asked to sit with those admins to discuss Krytz's behavior and the legitimacy of NOT warning the other player for FAIL raid. Again, it was not to appeal my warn, but to have Johnny warned as well for trying to disguise an obvious RDM as a raid. I want to thank Radio and Xen for being mature and genuinely helpful in trying to sort out the situation. Once I began discussing with those admins, Krytz came to my location uninvited and began mocking me and trying to tell his "true story". I asked Krytz to leave approx 10-15 times and was informing him I had no desire to speak with him or have him be apart of my new sit as I felt his conduct was unbecoming of a mod. I wanted to speak privately with the other admins and told him he was not welcome in my sit. During the entire interaction he never left and only continued to mock me despite legitimate and calm requests for him to leave me alone. At the very least Xen Linux and Radio could back up my story that Krytz was not leaving the sit and was mocking me despite repeated requests for him to leave. Even Radio said that if he could, he would have removed Krytz from our sit. My point here is that Krytz (and Johnny__) demonstrated a complete misunderstanding of rules and demonstrated totally unprofessional behavior towards a player with a legitimate issue. Again, I have no problem with my warn for breaking NLR. How the situation was handled and his clear desire to play buddy buddy with another mod instead of warning him for fail RP is the issue with Krytz. Sorry for the essay. Some of the times I log onto the server in the morning 7-8 AM (CST), there is no staff on or active. At that time, I notice a lot of mingy behavior and nobody to solve it. I have read through the rules on GG's website and have an understanding on what to do. 76 hours is a little over 3 days, and you might think 3 days isn't enough to learn something and become a member to moderate, but I feel otherwise. I feel that 3 days is actually a while to learn basic rules and ways things run. If I still haven't convinced you, imagine it as the beginning of a new school year. There are around 7-8 hours of school a day + an extra 1 or 2 hours of homework. if we take 7 + 1.5 its 8.5. My amount of hours in the game (76) divided by the hours of (school) is about 8.9, but we can round that up to 9. So, 9 days of school + homework is equal to about 76 hours. By the 9th day of school, you know the basic rules, how to locate your classes, get work on time, etc. In that case, I feel like I understand the responsibilities and rules of being on the staff team. You seem like a nice guy that genuinely cares about the server and could do a good job. I have heard from Naas that you are respectful and friendly. But given that you only have 76 hours, you are barely making it past the requirement. Before you become staff I would like to see you interact with the community more and get to know more people. As long as you keep up the good work and play for a bit more, I believe you could be a good fit for the staff team.

No where in the rules or information does it say "If you're unbanned you will be rebanned, don't spend money." So please either unban or refund. It's not fair to unban me, let me spend money, just to reban me for nothing.

I'm almost certain it would because I can't think of any class where you can interact with another player through your keyboard. It's different with quickwant because it's simply a bind that you aim at a player. I feel like if someone is placing so many hits they would already have a bind for it. -1

+1, as long as you can still do the command then I dont see a issue with this, as long as it is not too hard to code in/program into the class. If it requires more add-ons though, that might sway my opinion depending on how many and how much would change.

Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] I am suggesting that the sniper movement speed be buffed in order to counteract the DMRs that can easily dominate all the snipers. Specifically the snipers on the classes that contain them. For example, the m95 on ghillie or the jng on Vega. With these classes being sniper specific, it would make more sense that they would be able to run faster with their snipers than other classes. This would also mean that the donor snipers like the orsis and mosin would keep the current speed. Another alternative could be just making every sniper have upped movement speed since the fast firing exploit was fixed. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] With the recent update of all the weapons, it has become pretty evident that Marksman rifles are miles better than the snipers currently. They have much more movement speed, and can still output enough damage to one shot somebody to the head, or 2 shot them in the body. With the upped speed on sniper specific classes, it would not only give a reason to play these classes over using the donator snipers, but would also be a good counteraction to these DMRs. This way long range battles could be a lot more balanced. Additional Information: MK12 On US. Can Sprint with about same speed as with an AR when on base class. Same speed as RU Marksman SVT-40 Orsis. Can not sprint on base class. Snipers on elite classes, can sprint a bit if on speed boost, but if you are on a faction sniper class, you can not sprint.

I've spoken with some people and they've stated that I would be a good mod so with the population of the server growing meaning more staff are needing due to the heavy influx of rule breakers I have decided to finally apply and give my shot to join the staff team. How would I benefit the server, well first off I would start by being a reliable and active staff member. I am sometimes on for over 8 hours going from as early as 12pm to as late as 5am and during this time I am always trying my best to help people out as much as possible whether this be Army asking questions, RU needing help in OOC, or just keeping Army from doing dumb shit. I'm a very coachable meaning I care a lot about the criticism I get and I encourage criticism, if people have an issue with how I did something, or how I act I don't ignore them I always listen to their opinions and try to use it to build and learn from any of my mistakes so that I can better myself. I think my biggest strength in my opinion and the one that will assist me most during my time within the Staff team if accepted is my ability to be unbiased, whenever I deal with a situation regardless of the situation I always try to see from both sides and figure out motive from both sides, get the evidence from both sides, and come to a proper verdict for the situation instead of seeing only one side and possible missing vital evidence or information which happens a lot. Ah felt like 2 years but yeah. I am past that. I haven't RDM'd anyone since I've been back. Im trying to start a group on here like a discord type thing and have my members change their jobs. first off. you aint getting your money back G. People spend hundreds of dollars on this server and then veteran mass. you loses 30 bucks. oh well. dont try to charge back either. thats a good way to get community banned . also you shoulda been banned for 999 years not 2 so idk what happened there. *shrug*
