This section needs to be 2 paragraphs minimum. I don’t recall having encountered you in-game before and I can’t generate much of an opinion of you from your staff app. So for now, I’m going to remain neutral.

Your suggestion has been Accepted, Talked to Garnet about this the other night and it may or may not happen, but we agreed that we could change the name of the in-game credits to Tokens to mitigate confusion.

I have a lot of time that I can dedicate to the server I am also able to record every time I staff to have more proofs for sits and reports, I also might do Live streams from time to time and videos on the server while I play and when I staff. So, I've been talking with some of the other members of MARSOC. We believe that the Player Models need updated. I thought that just the Rifleman and Medic needed a change since the start, since they have nothing really in common with the other MARSOC Player Models. Though, talking to the other people within the Faction, they believe that all of the MARSOC Player Models need a change. I've searched for said Player Models to switch to and after showing them to the Colonel, Party, he believes they would be a good fit for the new PMs. The Player Models look clean and professional, in my opinion, and this change wouldn't do no harm at all within the server itself. I have no clue if this Player Model allows different styles, such as Helmets and/or Facial Accessories to be changed. I looked through the other SOC Factions and saw that each of their PMs are very similar, but I just don't believe that is the same for MARSOC PMs. This is primarily just a simple suggestion that I believe could be changed since multiple people agree with said change. I hope that you take this suggestion seriously and give a look into it. If anyone finds any better Player Models or would like to recommend one, let me know. As of now, we have agreed that the one that I linked below looks and fits the best for the MARSOC members. +1 obviously. we had the same models on MARSOC since I joined or probably even before that a new models will fresh out thing. Let alone the fact the MARSOC Doctor and rifleman are from the older models. and the T2 and T3 are the same with Sniper and commander. the change is needed and I would like to see new models on MARSOC. We had the same old and boring models and these models looks clean.

Some of the times I log onto the server in the morning 7-8 AM (CST), there is no staff on or active. At that time, I notice a lot of mingy behavior and nobody to solve it. Sometimes, the server needs someone to help at earlier hours, and that could be me. I plan on helping out in trying to make this the best Military RP server there is on GMOD. Just from playing on it, I have made so many new friends and just met some amazing people. I want others to feel the same way I do when I log on with one of my new friends. I will try my hardest to be the first person to respond for everything that comes up to make sure everybody has a good experience on the server. Next, I work very hard and don't give up at the task-at-hand. With some people, they might not find the answer they are looking for right away and give up. Not with me. I will keep working on a certain solution until the problem is solved. Also, I am very honest with everyone. Nobody would want a staff member who would lie to another member of the team or to their players. There is 1 more thing I would like to add to this section of the application. I am aware that I have a low amount of hours (Close to the bare minimum), however I feel as if I know basic rules and things staff members should know. I have read through the rules on GG's website and have an understanding on what to do. 76 hours is a little over 3 days, and you might think 3 days isn't enough to learn something and become a member to moderate, but I feel otherwise. I feel that 3 days is actually a while to learn basic rules and ways things run. If I still haven't convinced you, imagine it as the beginning of a new school year. There are around 7-8 hours of school a day + an extra 1 or 2 hours of homework. if we take 7 + 1.5 its 8.5. My amount of hours in the game (76) divided by the hours of (school) is about 8.9, but we can round that up to 9. So, 9 days of school + homework is equal to about 76 hours. By the 9th day of school, you know the basic rules, how to locate your classes, get work on time, etc. In that case, I feel like I understand the responsibilities and rules of being on the staff team. I was just over the required hours as well, or what would be considered "low hours" for someone applying for staff back when I did. I was also relatively unknown with the community. But, Given the chance by Gildarts and Draggy I went on to become a manager. From my point of view, the required hours is basically a system that makes sure you've put a little bit of time in so you have some experience with what the community is like. The fact that he's "Just over them" doesn't matter. What is 10 more hours going to do that 76 hours doesn't? In fact, by the time this app gets accepted or denied he could have well over that at around 90-100. Why wait a month on someone that you agree is a good guy, good enlisted, and helpful over something as small as "just over the required hours"? Dude seems like he'd be a good fit for staff to me. Not only that, but 75 is the required hours. So why when he's over that limit (it doesn't matter by how much) would he need to have more? +1 from me. Everyone involved in this app (including the -1's) have a consensus that you're a good guy to have around. When Ozzy accepted Weeb's staff app he said "You're new and may be unknown to some people. I don't, nor will I ever, see that as a reason to deny somebody." Once again, if 76 hours (when required playtime is 75) is too low, then maybe the minimum playtime should be raised. However with the responses here, I'm sure even if 300 hours was the required playtime, 301 would still qualify as too low to some :T
