[minimum 2 paragraphs]: Many of you have probably seen me talking in TS and helping officers and warrant officers with issues that may arise. I would like to consider myself pretty level headed, calm, and collected when it comes to most things. I have had experience in many different RP environments and understand the ins and outs of many of Garnet's rules. I like to approach conflicts as a mediator and would like that both parties can understand the rules before handing out punishments. Punishments should not be an end all be all, everyone has the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and improve upon themselves if they truly want to be members of this community. There are people that honestly could care less about being a member of the community and are just here to ruin others' fun and I can understand the difference. I am a logical person when it comes to matters of staff, I like to look at the facts and evidence and not just the emotion. Bias is something that everyone will say, “oh I am not biased” just to get into the position. If I am going to be making a decision and I think that I could have any sort of bias, a second look would be something that everyone should get. +1 Yes, Shizzle left a bad taste in the mouth of the community upon his last departure. Yes, his last apps have been lacking. Yet he has shown his inability to give up, and his ability to improve if even slightly. Look at his last app. Now back to this one. Now back to his last app. Notice a difference? He is acknowledging his criticism and trying to improve. Read through this app and realize he is literally 14 years old. This is very well written for a 14 year old and shows a level of self-awareness I've not yet seen in Shizzle. I'm giving him my +1 and I believe that even if he is declined, the (valid) criticisms here will only help him improve on his next app. So keep at it, criticizing every detail of a 14 year old who's in love with the server; I am sure that it will only benefit him in the long run.

UNDERPASS - 47 PROPS - 3v3 to 5v5 A SYMMETRICAL MAP BUILT AROUND A MONORAIL THE ARENA HAS A VIABLE OPTION FOR CLOSE QUARTERS, MID RANGE, AND LONG DISTANCE COMBAT THERE'S A VARIETY OF TEAM BASED TACTICS TO USE HERE, WITH MANY CALLOUTS Laundromat - 50 PROPS - 1v1 to 3v3 A medium sized space focused on dramatic small team action. There's a wide open space in the middle for sniping intended for all of the DLore goons. There are many oppourtunities for close range weapons as well. You can even get on top of the roof as well! The contained space means that duels could last under a minute! Garnet Quarry - 50 PROPS - 5v5 to 10v10 A massive map that can hold up to 20 players. An asymmetrical map that heavily focuses on long range combat. The map is evenly balanced despite the asymmetrical designs, both high and low grounds are available to snipe your opponents.

coming from someone who is currently blacklisted from staff I think you need to take some time before accepting the position. this is for your own good but you'll thank me in the long run... being patient and enjoying the game, staying connected to friends and having fun is more important than throwing your energy into staffing because many have lost interest in actually playing after being staff. You notice that most of the higher up admins don't get on as much because the energy they put in is only for staffing not truly enjoying the game... So believe me that knowing you're only 14 years old, take the time to enjoy the game first. Take on the responsibility later. Have a good day - 1
