I was already thinking about resigning. While Staff on Duty I saw Glorbnob get false arrested and decided to fly in thru the back, in order to disturb no one else, and ask him if he got arrested for a reason. The SWRP player decided to not even speak to me and just change my job to Citizen when I was one of the only staff taking reports for 2+ hours at the time. In short, GMod, let alone staffing, no longer seems like its worth my time. you know it's been a fun year of staffing when you get to meet all sorts of people no matter how demented or psychopathic they are. So many people Have been too nice to me, and I can't thank them enough. everyone has been so patient and understanding especially @stretchy, seriously thank you man for being so nice. throughout the 12 or 11 months I have been staffing I have learned and grown as a person, and heck maybe even got a little more mature but that's not saying much. anyways I just want to say, I will be moving on to fully doing CloneWarsRP. to me DarkRP has just lost its flair. To start off I’d like to thank everyone that taught me what I know about staffing. I enjoyed helping the server and climbing to the top of the ranks. With that being said, I no longer have the motivation or time to be an admin on garnet. It was less the punishment, more the petty attitude that I got from the situation. I don't want to drag the guys' rep into the mud but in the moment I felt like he just did not want to handle it in any way but just booting me off the class. I might have overreacted but the last straw is the last straw, on top of the fact that my motivation to even be on the server has been at an all time low.

Aswell ran my own minecraft server for a little over a year(I stopped due to the cost of the server to handle a larger playerbase.)In addition to that I've helped out probably a few hundred mincraft servers setup commands and ranks that I've found through random websites. I was an admin on a TF2 JailBreak Server for about 4 months as well. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I have a lot of previous experience and have learnt how to handle trolls pretty well through my time of playing games. I'm a very hard person to irritate and tend to keep a fair view for everyone, I'm very unbiased even when it comes to taking seats including people I know. I try my hardest to get along with everyone, as well as help out new players as much as possible, whether its simple building tips, or helping out with game mechanics to help everyone have an easier time on the server. I already tend to run around the map and help new people building bases that may be against the rules, as well as help them out for a little.I plan on dedicating my time to garnet and building friendships with all the players. I've enjoyed working on every server I use to play and feel that can be applied to this server aswell. I understand commands and have setup other rp servers for friends. I was a staff manager for about 8 months on Kraken network, this allows me to have a pretty clear understanding of rules. I take the time to revise the rules and make sure everyone as well as myself are following them correctly. I moderated TTT, Deathrun, and DarkRP. This experience i feel can be applied to Garnet, I'm experienced with rulebreakers, I know how to handle sits, deal with exploiters, etc. I'm seasoned in the staff scene as well as in how to run a server. I strive to make sure every player is having a great time, as well as help everyone as much as I can. I would love to join and help the current staff team that's already doing an amazing job, as well as help the community grow, and bring more positivity into this great server. Hey all, I've been hella busy with everything (school, work, sports, etc) and haven't had time for gmod much so I have decided to resign from the Garnet Staff Team. I might come back depending on how things go and how I feel later on but I will most likely be gone a decently long time. (8+ months minimum). Thanks everyone for the help, support, and any resources provided during my time here.

Im not going to throw you -1 reacts by any means because I think you’ve done some great work for sure and I’m sad to see you go, you’re a great guy. But it sounds like you made a small mistake of entering a base without a report just based on what you’ve said. Glorb is a DRP manager, not just a SWRP player, and a well respected one at that. If he set your job as a subtle reminder then I totally agree and he’s been lenient in fairness to you, we all make silly mistakes even with good intentions. I’ve messed up before too, I’ve been set to staff on duty a long time ago to help take reports where I wasn’t, and I’ve learned and progressed from it, and now do the same to others, not to be mean but so they learn the same lessons I once did. Don’t be put down, you’re still great and nobody will judge you by one small mistake mate. It’s awesome that you care and it’s a shame you’ve left over something so minor, if that’s all it was. But it’s your decision at the end of the day, and I just hope you’re doing ok and that things work out well for you
