(include any proof): I hopped on around 8pm CT and was planning on printing with clan members, like I normally do. I had a base placed down, and I was printing but while I was waiting for more clan members to get on, I started to place GL ammo on different rooftops and was blowing them up with an EX-41. I was blowing the ammo up for fun, I wasn't trying to raid anyone at the time as well. When I was doing this, it was just for my pure enjoyment, I wasn't attempting to hurt anyone's experience. I've also never been told this was not allowed. I've never been made aware by an admin or anything that this was exploiting. If I was made aware of this, I would of avoided doing it for any reason. I believe I've been a productive and helpful member of the server for a long while, and I believe I should be unbanned for this, as I wasn't made aware of this beforehand or at all.

ACCEPTED I appreciate the fact that you admitted to what you did. The explosions where definitely annoying to a ton of people on the sever, even causing lag to some. And doing it would definitely warrant ban. as an issue recently at But you didn't know that it wasn't allowed, and it really hasn't been mentioned all I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt as I and a lot of people believe that you wouldn't attempt to harm the server in any negative way purposely. Lets this be your only and final warning about this, next time it happens the ban will stay no questions asked.

DENIED After careful review of your appeal and the events pertaining/leading up to your ban. We regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of your ban has been denied at this time. I have seen irrefutable evidence of you mass RDMing in the streets right outside of spawn, and also have my own videos from the last time I banned you for mass RDM; Overall, the behavior presented within both sits is rather disappointing to me, given your history with the server as a (previously) upstanding staff member. Speaking of your staff run, since you resigned on 10/22/2022, you have been banned 6 times for mass RDM: The two most recent times, I asked you why you did it and you said "because it's funny;" When Danny asked you why you did it you said "they were in my base," which, they absolutely were not. You attempted to abuse a known loophole to get yourself out of trouble, but apparently, you weren't satisfied with getting caught up in a lie in-game, you also had to come onto the forums and attempt to slither out of your ban on a technicality? Not only that, but presented a very low-effort appeal, without even filling out the format properly, wherein your only defense was betting on the assumption that Danny had no proof. Danny had requested after banning you that your ban be extended for repeated offenses, and after seeing the evidence he presented, I am inclined to agree with him; Bottom line is, you have nothing to gain by coming back and relentlessly breaking our rules, I have nothing to gain by allowing you to do so. Thank you for attempting an appeal, best of luck wherever life takes you from here, this is where we part ways. Your ban will be extended to permanent for repeated issues, go be a problem somewhere else.

NEUTRAL I've never seen you in-game (I'm a big believer that if you are applying for staff you should get to know the staff team and introduce yourself so you can be known), I checked copy leaks for plagiarism and you're in the clear! if you see me in-game just say hi and introduce yourself so I can get to know you then ill +1.

Denied While, yes, this skin is quite amusing and has its support within the community, bottom line is, it's very distracting and fuels the fire for disrespect to our staff members from problematic players; Yes, some of us may be able to handle this, but it could place some younger/less experienced staff members in difficult situations when a sit becomes more about how funny this playermodel is than the task at hand. ______________________________ I'm sure this isn't the last time we'll hear about this, but for now it is denied. Couple things rq before we get to a decision: I decided to ban you because you didn't give me a reason for why you were killing people until either I or Tj said how many people you killed. You then claimed it was in your base, I teleported you back to where you were at, and you were in the tunnel by spawn. You lied and that's what made me not think twice about the ban, you tried to abuse a loophole you know we haven't figured out how to fix yet. I'm not required to show you the proof in game or here. I will send it to whoever claims this report.
