  1. +1 very rp focused player, knows his rp. Had a blast with him in 212th
  2. I've played with this group long enough to get my hs dioloma, my degree, and leo certifcation. Can't imagine not.
  3. Hey its Dillan. Just saying I'm sorry for getting a little intoxicated and shooting smokes in armys DB. That is all.
  4. Don't know if It'll help but I just threw in 20 dollars for the pot.
  5. Would you like to play TTT between wars? Dodgeball?
  6. Im glad people on MRP will be having fun, Its nice to see even if I just dont have the time anymore.
  7. -1 Prevents masses, prevents unskillful annoying db raids. It used to be a rule you couldnt raid during db during 2016, and this is a much better fix.
  8. I take responsibility for that, but I was on goat whitelist, which can not be warned for FailRp. Along with this the marshal was aware and did not tell me to stop, and instead encouarged them to play for 2GA. It was the same tactics I used for tali years ago when I revived it.
  9. So this suggestion might not be liked by others but it would hopefully address some of the problems that the united states has been having very recently. Issues that have been taking place revolve around the training and the distribution of the united states entry factions are very apparent when it comes to recruitment base, and the overall moral of the factions, and it strongly resembles problems that were present during Tali V US years ago. Which was simply due to spawning and advertisement of the nations at place. 1. There should not be more then one entry faction per nation. - A golden rule, early on there was 11B and 9MR which was army and marines respectively, with marines having the opportunity to try out for 1MD, forcing them to not go after the rank of E4. The number distribution despite this on both sides was dominantly marines because frankly they look more appealing. However, when problems were becoming way to apparent they made 1MD a lesser tryout faction and made Army the only entry faction on the US side. This aided in actually reviving army with lesser skilled and green players, but also allowed marines to establish themselves as an option for players who weren't quit tier 2 level soc as its understood today. With 2 options, people will sway towards a single faction, which is apparent in this cap. There are other examples of this later on such as IJU entry and Navy Entry, which were an even higher extreme of this. My solution is just simply make it so that 1MD is a lesser tryout faction, where an individual can tryout and make it through with moderate but not extensive effort. The current marines would remain in their position as 1MD, with verification by their people. Army would be the only entry faction on US side. Promoting them to obtain the numbers they desperately need. This is a slower fix, which I consider the healthiest fix for the US as a whole. While Marines would suffer less player base, the player base they would obtain would be much more skilled and competent on avg then army counterparts. https://www.pastepic.xyz/image/image.5OWUI 2. Individuals spawning in RU side, should be set to US instead. - What I see is exactly what was happening to tali years ago. Yesterday was a good example. 23 US vs 50 plus RU. There was more 2GA then the entirety of the United States. While healthy for RU, its not healthy for the sever for competitive play. While you have a bunch of lower enlisted on your side is great, until you cant shoot any on the opposite side. While I don't have a screen cap of this, people on both sides are aware of this problem. The solution is either make a nutral spawn once more, or rotate the default spawn to the United States.

    Mosin Buff

I want it removed at this point. If I accidentally click it I have no gun for 4 to 5 secounds because it's so bad, it doesn't allow wep switching. For what, a rifle that tickles someone. It was the first gun I ever got on this server, and it feels like a pain that wont leave my back.
  11. In real life where I do have experince, any engagement you have known risk factors, you will always try to use a long gun, if it's your shotgun, or your ar 15. Your handgun, which varys by agency, is considered your sidearm, and is only used because you don't have your long gun for a situation. In a war zone, its always known risks, which is why everyone would use a long gun in some form. This is a game, so I can understand if you want to buff certain pistols or nerf them, and I like change. That's just an overview of people who use handgun and rifles everyday.
  12. Upon reflection with Navy, you have been accepted into explorers, for follow up, talk with a navy officer or Slugger.
  13. Accepted, contact an Officer in Navy to Discuss status.
  14. The program itself is mostly for people who have failed multiple times, or people who want to experience the faction and see what it contains if joined. As your already a member of Green Beret, just work on improving yourself and relationships with other members of Navy, as im sure you would pass tryouts if lifted.
  15. Denied, reasons Doesn't meet your requirements. Grammar usuage in application. Length of Application. Rank not stated While you were denied this time, you can apply when you reach requirements.
  16. Introducing the Navy Explorer program, the NSWC offers the players of the server new opportunity for them on the server, and for the United States. The NE program basis is very simple, people who are thinking of joining NSWC, and maybe later on Seals, have the opportunity to experience the play style and faction members more closely through qualification of the program. Members will be granted Team Speak privileges, specialized training and drills on how to pass tryouts, a closer relationship with the players of the branch, and the ability to greater understand if you do with to be in the Navy branch. This is not just receiving a whitelist and a rank within seals, however you will be playing with them. Qualification is very simple, you need to have at least 50 hours on the server, be an E-4+, have a good standing with the server and your nation, and must not be blacklisted from navy, which goes without saying. If you reach these standard you can apply on this thread with the following format, which will be reviewed, and if accepted, you will be notified by an Officer of Navy. While you might be accepted, you can be dismissed from the program at any time, you can be blacklisted depending on your behavior in the program, and if the following happens you factions officer core will be notified, and they will handle you from that point on. In-game name: Faction: Playtime? Do you have access to Team Speak and a microphone?: [YES/NO] Referral(s): [What Navy Member refereed you to apply?] Why you should be selected to be an Explorer? How do you plan on benefiting our Navy? How will you use the explorer role? Expect a 12 hour, to 48 hour wait on replies. Signed off by Lieutenant Mint
  17. +1, shows excellent maturity when needed, and relaxed manners when not needed.
  18. I'll buy it for you bud when I finish pursuit training today. Edit: going good
  19. Godfather is always trying to be mature and inquisitive when he feels like he needs to be. I don't usually respond on these. But +1
  20. I don't think this is as much as a suggestion to change maps, as it is a suggestion for a map rotation system.
  21. After all the hard work thats gone into multiple maps, we can have a rotation of several of them.
  22. I have only one problem. That problem is the "base camp mountain" in front of US base.
