Rust

Roy's a super active officer in Army and I've never seen, heard, or personally had any issues with him. Whenever he's on the server he's always helping out somewhere, whether it's through tryouts, war leads, peacetime events, answering lower enlisted questions and making sure players are being trained. He seems to fulfill the officer role well, and I think giving him a shot at being staff is fair. Good luck brotha! +1

Soldier was always great with connecting with the base factions. He has great ideas and I feel he'll continue to work with all players on the server. So many guys are so quick to ask for SOC and do SOC only events when I know he'll for sure include the base factions and make sure everyone has fun. He knows how to have fun while also maintaining a level head and a little bit of strictness so the base players don't get too out of hand. Glad you applied Soldier and good luck! +1

Sup Donny! Known you for a while and have never seen any issues from you, ever. Always a guy that stays neutral and keeps a level head at all times. You always know how to calm situations down and keep them level while making a decision on how to move forward with it. You were a great Head Admin when running with Ozzy, and you carry a lot of experience. On top of all of that, you always have great ideas and you're never afraid to bring concerns to the table. Would like to see some major improvement from you before taking on a even bigger responsibility than being an officer in a faction. Show us that you're working on yourself and improving yourself on top of being a great officer and all around good member of the community. The game

Hey Shiesty thanks for applying brother. You had a bad start to our server with all the messing around you've done but from then to now it's been major improvement with your behavior. You're a 2LT on Tali and doing much better. Although you've been doing way better and are rising through the ranks I personally would like to see a little bit more time before you take on the responsibility of being staff. Trying to bounce back from a bad reputation is incredibly hard and time consuming. It's the simple things that the lower enlisted watch when it comes to being a higher rank. For example your behavior / using advert to type something that shouldn't be adverted, etc. I think holding off on staff is a good chance for you to fully understand our server rules and continue to help Tali with officer tasks. I have nothing against you, your activity is great and you're always participating with enlisted during peacetime and war. Keep on this path of improvement and ill gladly take you under my wing as staff. Hope you understand, just would simply like for a little bit more time to go by before taking on that responsibility. Sup brother!! Glad you applied. Going to be straight forward you're a great person, super helpful when players ask or need help. Has been loyal to Rangers ever since he's joined and hasn't shown a bad representation since he's been in. Ever since I've known Skyriss he's been super nice and professional. He did well as GM and I think he'll be a great staff member. He always does the right things and hasn't ever been in the wrong in any admin sits I've had with him. He does a great amount of Ranger trainings for 11B that are interested in joining Rangers / getting better at the game. I think giving him a shot as staff would be a great idea. Good luck buddy +1

Hey Drake thanks for the application I haven't seen you much in game nor have I ever interacted with you but your application carries some great key points to being staff. Although you do have low hours, you meet the minimum requirement and I think giving you a shot would be a good idea. It's cool to see newer guys want to apply and work with the team on keeping this server great. You seem to have a great mindset, just might need to improve on activity as well as being known from both sides like previously said. Good luck buddy! +1

+1 Every time I am on SWRP (which is daily) this kid is always a huge help to me. He helps me learn SWRP and answers my questions + he's fun to be around. I think he'd be a great fit for the staff team as he was in MRP. Good luck buddy
