  1. +1 Robbie is a great dude and always a huge help to not only Rangers but both base factions. Which is a huge deal in my eyes. He is non stop helping 11B on improving themselves and giving them pointers and advice to help them get better to join any faction they're interested in. Not many players do that which is why Robbie would be a great staff member. He keeps a level head, is active, has experience, been here for a long time and is always super helpful.   3. I rarely comment staff applications but this application is one I'll definitely give feedback on. Some people might think I'm being biased for commenting my opinion being Naas is in my Rangers but there's a lot more to it. I've known Naas for over a year now, and I have never seen one bad thing come from this kid. He's always had an awesome reputation and is fun to be around. He's done a lot for the server through out his time here, like leading SOC factions, joining 11A to help them during rough times, trained a ton of recruits (still does) and always answering questions in chat. Naas also talks to players on a level they feel they're being appreciated and listened to. Most players don't care about really stopping to talk to someone that has a question, but Naas does that with no hesitation. Seeing how Naas was willing to come help me out with reviving Rangers shows how he actually does care for the server. He came right into Rangers with me and has been running it with me since I was appointed COL. Our communication is on point, and we always go through everything with each other before executing it. Which shows he cares for a second opinion on things before he makes a final decision. Overall Naas is a great kid and will definitely be a huge asset to the staff team again.   5. -1 I think you should take more time to focus on improving your reputation through out the entire server. Be more thoughtful of things you say, and you need to learn to hold your composure. Being an 11A officer is a huge deal with those traits I just pointed out. You need to really talk to 11B and make them feel like you want them here. Go out of your way to teach them pointers and leave some good impressions on these guys. The paragraphs could use some beefing up as well. You have to really go into depth of why and how you think you'll be a good staff member. There are a lot of things that add up when it comes to being staff. I'm not being rude, but simply stating this because I feel you have potential to improve yourself in these matters. It takes some time to build your reputation up, but once you're good, you have to hold it up there. 1 notch of an incident and that reputation can drop instantly.   6. I miss the old gun system where it was decent to use any gun and running with snipers wasn't slower, etc. I know that's not realistic but that's how we started on the server so that's why I at least miss it.

    I say we bring back DB Raids. It made things more fun after war, no matter if you're the one blowing people up or if you're getting blown up. It also keeps you guarding the base after war just like in real life

Admin a couple of months ago How do you plan on benefiting our server? Having previous experience as staff on this server for a while really opens your eyes much more on what has changed, what has improved, and what has went down hill through out the past couple of years. Just like my previous times, I continue to bring what I have always brought to the table as staff. For example professionalism, unbiasedness, being helpful to all players, holding your composure and keeping a level head. These couple of things seem so simple and unimportant, but these are actually some of the most important roles you need to carry as staff. I plan on continuing all of these traits as well as helping others improve themselves. Most people are afraid of others being better than them, but what I look to do with players is to want them to be better than me. Teach them all you know and watch their improvement. It's super cool to see how much you can help someone improve and how far they can go and as you look back at it you realize you helped that person accomplish that. I'm neutral with all players and treat everyone equally. Something super important to me is treating 11B and Tali fair, answering their questions and taking time to talk to them and work with them. These guys are the most important part of the server. The only reason we have SOC factions are because of the lower enlisted being trained, worked with and eventually passing SOC tryouts. Most players push 11B and Tali off, but what I hope we can improve on is working with these guys more and leave them on good terms to where they want to come back to the server. Instead of switching sides in war to farm 11B for kills, work with them, give them pointers and be there for them when they have questions. You'd be surprised how far some of them can go if we just treated them fairly and gave them a chance. I know the staff system we use here from my previous experience, and in staff sits I plan on giving both guys a chance to talk and speak their side of the story. Many staff just listen to one guy look in logs and ban/warn without giving the other guy a chance to talk. You'd be surprised how much can change by just hearing another side to the story. It's good to take your time a really listen to everything both players in the sit are saying and then come to a fair conclusion leaving both guys with a chance. Another important role to a good functioning server is the staff team, actually being a team, having one another's backs, helping each other, and communication. Everyone plays this game to have fun but as staff their are certain times you should be professional and fair. Once you're apart of a staff team you represent that team just like anyone else on that team does. It's a team effort and once one person hurts their reputation, that hurts the staff teams reputation as a whole. It would be cool to see the staff team work with one another more, not argue so much and carry themselves with a level head. A huge thing for me is no clipping off duty. Yes at certain times it's okay to no clip off duty, but do it correctly. It's not cool to see players just fly through walls and yell at people and then fly away. It doesn't look good. Overall I hope to be apart of the team again and continue to help out like I always have. After having Rangers under me for these past couple of days, we all have seem a tremendous change in the faction and I hope that continues to become better.   13. I feel you should take some more time to learn players more and carry a good reputation. You're doing super good and helping tremendously with training new recruits. But I think you should take more time to realize what you have to consider when applying for staff. You should beef up your paragraphs more and make it seem like you want this and you're fully ready for staff. -1 This isn't a -1 forever, just take more time on learning the server, players and carry the right mindset when it comes to being staff

  16. Everyone's different. Kids are kids with different upbringing'sKeep him on a thin line after the unban. I'm thinking the kid should at least have a second chance.
  17. What's up Ace! Good luck with the appeal buddy. Just want to put my 2 cents in on your appeal Ace joined the MRP server at a pretty young age. I'm sure some of you know him. He did pretty good rising the enlisted ranks in Army, passed DS tryouts and other Army tryouts. He got banned almost a year ago permanently for accumulating 3 bans. I feel he should be given a second chance on the server being how young he was and didn't understand the server rules. Some of us players did our best teaching him the right way but as a kid its hard to understand how much routine we follow on the MRP server. Some of you might think he shouldn't have been playing the server but he's a kid and wanted to have fun just like the rest of us. He shows interest in the military life, which I'm sure a lot of others do on the server as well. The NITRP bans he's accumulated didn't actually mean he has No intent to RP. He was never a troll, he did enjoy the server. He would get the bans due to how many warns he's received. The LTAP ban he received I'm sure wasn't really LTAP being he didn't understand what LTAP even was. Some of his warns were from other players bullying him about his age and his voice and as a kid that's upsetting. He now understands those situations should be handled differently instead of just killing people that mess with him. He's never been banned for normal troll things like MRDM and such. This kid has had no wrong intentions on this server and I feel it's 100% fair to give him another chance being he's getting older and he understands what he's done wrong in the past couple of years on MRP. Here's a little clip of him actually wanting to succeed in the server (practicing for Green Beret tryouts) and just having a good time like the rest of us. +1
  18. You did a great job as a staff member previously and it was awesome to see you improve from when I first trained you as a T. Mod. Would love to see you given a chance to be apart of the team again, you were always there and helpful when it was needed! A lot of what you stated in your application is true. Your paragraphs could go into more detail but the way you look at and perceive things is what needed when it comes to being a staff member.
