For all asking I will not make the story/details public on what happened, but vaguely the facts are you were blacklisted for Minge, & Diss. You dissed 1MD as a whole, and me myself, and you decided to hop around the 1MD Officer base ranting about how you are being singled out and how 1MD has a dislike for you. You minged as a 1MD WO constantly which got you demoted and striked on a couple occasions. You also made a couple false accusations, which you apologized for which is completely fine, I understand when someones upset they tend to say things they don't actually mean. Overall Marz you are a very energetic person, but your reputation with most people need maintenance. -1

@Ferguson not going to keep repeating to you how things went just like in the sit and now on the forums, for example it was my claim not remakes and that I didn't ask you to report me. Im accepting the fact that I have my side of the story and you have yours. Were going to keep disagreeing, this is going to go on forever. It's word against word. The only screenshots available is my claim to validate its a KOS-able area. That's the only concrete evidence needed to solve your RDM report. I'm not sure what your looking for at this point. I handled the sit and you decided to create a report on me for your own reasons which is fine, I didn't beg you to report me that's silly and unreal. You were upset and fustrated with me so I offered the option to report me on the forums IF you felt mistreated. And for the record playtime and interactions with players reflect how well they know the rules and understanding of the game overall especially in sits. Instead of asking me to keep going in depth on the server rules over and over again like a broken record, you should take the time to read them before reporting people for RDM and asking questions about claims and such. This is the last post I'm making on this topic because I've gave my side of the story respectfully and that's all thats needed. I'm not going to argue because as staff I'm here to resolve problems not start them.

I said no one was in the wrong because no rules were broken. It was miscommunication. Not only on our part but on your part. You ran inside our separate DB and immediately started babbling about something random when remake was in the process of dismissing marines. Normal people ask for permission to give an announcement but you ran inside and just decided to verbally barge in our debrief, which led to you being killed. You had permission to enter but not permission to verbally interrupt our debrief. You were dragging out the sit too long and being ignorant. You asked me to elaborate so I did, then you told me Im making things too complicated. I asked if you think Im being biased that another staff can handle the sit, you said i wasn't being biased, then you call me biased in the end. You even wrote it down. As seen below. I told you to make a report if I handled the sit improperly. You specifically told me that you were reporting me for my "unprofessional staffing". This is totally false. Gotham pulled you in so we can all apologize for the miscommunication. You then decided to announce your making a report on me for my unprofessionalism and proceed to ask if Im salty, which lead to you being moved out after I told you that your more than welcome to make a report if you feel I improperly treated you. You have 98 hours in game and have the need to tell me that my staffing is unprofessional. The sit was honestly just you looping asking the same questions over and over again. After I answer them you find a way to loop it into a continuous cycle or tell me Im going off topic and not doing my job. By the way you initially said this report has nothing to do with the RDM report but then you try to back it up with the server rules. Heres my claim below and remake can submit a picture of your dead body inside our DB.

From me its a +1. Ive had plenty of interactions with you and you are very upbeat funny person. I dont personally think you minge at all. Seems most of these -1's are people that dont even know who you are. Regardless with your playtime and activity I believe you can more than handle the job, and I know you can distinguish when to be serious and when to play around. Goodluck.

Gambler is an honest down to earth person, with a great personality. On top of that he has been on the server a long while which makes me believe he can handle the job.+1

Denied. After reviewing both sides, I have determined to deny this report. If you did not think what Branch did was fair you should have talked to your general instead of making a report on him instantly and without question. On top of that you reported him as a staff, when no staff abuse was involved. You were rank locked for trust issues, because you made an in-game topic public when you were asked to keep it "lowkey". Talk about making things public you made a report on the forums against your general, that could have been easily resolved with a simple conversation through TeamSpeak. I am denying because your rank lock was solely and obviously for in-game MilitaryRP reason, and not over a Minecraft raid. Lock Please! @Phantom

In-game name: Trip Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:37060440 I am reporting a player Their name or SteamID: Quinn (STEAM_0:0:128442756) Who was involved?: Myself as staff When did this occur?: Around 10:33 PM PST Describe the situation: Quinn had massed and killed about 20 people. I tried to ban him but the ID was not working. I believe he had some sort of blocker, I couldnt even freeze him. After trying a couple times I just took him to a sit and jailed him indefinitely.
