+1 Rust is very ready for this Staff role again as she knows the rules as she was T.Admin not that long ago so there should be no worries if she wont pull her weight on the staff team etc. I’ve known rust for a long time and not once have I seen her act immature even in the most brain dead situations. Rust is also not bias at all even if you known her your whole life she will tell you how it is and not sugar coat anything just because you’ve known Rust for ages.

I wish I knew Gamma for a longer Period of time, But when Gamma messaged me about coming off reserves I was so happy to get to know him because all the stories I heard about this amazing guy. I cant express the amount of times he made me laugh and made sure I was having a good day Every time I hopped in ts with Gamma first thing he always asked was how was your day or always made sure I was doing fine that itself shows how much of a good guy Gamma was. I looked up to gamma in a way and I always will, ml gamma. Gonna miss you gamma hope your in a better place now

I would say I'm very familiar with the rules of the server and how to deal with certain situations. Recently I have seen that the server needs more staff to make the server more enjoyable during times like this. I would benefit the server by helping with TP's (For Sims, Tryouts etc..) , Respawns And setting Jobs. But mainly to resolve any problems on the server. I plan to make new players experience on the server more enjoyable so they would love to keep on playing on Garnet Gaming. During times like this I've seen tons of people Minging, Not caring to RP and Also Mass RDMing. When I get into a sit with situations like this I would not be bias at all considering my warns are mainly from Minging awhile ago when i first started to play. I've learned from my mistakes and I hope others do aswell and I hope I can guide them the right direction. Considering the lack of GM's on the server at the moment I could help with events on the server to make the events come out better and make them more enjoyable for the players that would participate in the events. The events I've seen lately were thought out well but not put out the way they had in mind mainly because they were rushed from the lack of staff helping put out the event. In my eyes events are a very key part to the server mainly because it brings the community together (US l RU). It seems like recently a lot of these events are getting repetitive for example "RU is holding one of the US Commanders Hostage, US go retrieve the hostage and Report back to base with the US Commander not harmed". These events always are RU Sided considering RU is always defending and its very easy for them to defend "One building" which makes this boring and annoying for US. I'm pretty creative so I think I can help either come up with different event idea's or help put the events out better IF IM NEEDED. Recently I've been very active on the server which could benefit the server to have ANOTHER active staff member to help with Sits , Bans , Events etc. Even if I'm needed when I get off I'm willing to hop back on if another staff member needs help or is dealing with a really important situation . I'm usually very friendly to everyone on the server and I don't think to many people have bad things to say about me and if so I can work on what I'm doing wrong/ poorly. Overall I think I would fit well with the current staff team mainly because I've known pretty much all of the people on the staff team for awhile , so I wouldn't have any problems with anyone on the staff team.
