+1 I can honestly say I'm speechless when it comes to Milk... He is experienced on the server and is always proving himself no matter the task. He's outstanding in RP and an amazing SOC member, I could honestly right paragraphs about this man.

+ 1 I love Venom he's a great soldier and is most definitely mature enough for staff, He made it into Vega and VVS which takes a bit of maturity and seriousness as well as he has previous staffing experience, Good luck brother.

+1 I have played on servers with a MP system before and I can say I do like it, Not only will it give people more things to do but add an extra bit of roleplay to the server I can just imagine MP Tryouts rn and it seems really dope.

I tend to bond with the members of both US and RU and have genuine fun with them that isn’t Mass ofc. Having a good connection with most people on RU and a good handful on US will help put a better image out there and make people want to be a part of that image. Going back to my experience mentioned, I have more than around 1,500 hours of staffing experience so I will already know what I am doing and what behavior is Acceptable while on duty, and my limits off duty. As mentioned I was in a few higher-up positions such as SA and Manager, So my leadership skills are already pretty great. If a newer staff member needed some guidance or help with their tasks or sits I could be there and have an answer, Finally my activity, I have 2 members on the server with my Snapchat and I have discord open almost 24/7. If there are no staff on I could just be pinged and will instantly get on if I am home, I’m in a different time zone than most so I’m on later than most staff members will be on and I stay up all night anyway and I will be able to till early august and then I'll be on till about 2 am EST and get on about 5 pm EST. +1 Cupid is a fucking amazing guy and is always on the server, He always try's to get people up and doing shit during the peacetimes or whenever possible always trying to do sims, kidnaps, raids, etc. just to keep the people on the RU side happy. If Cupid gets gamemaster I already know he's gonna extend that fun server wide and will have the ability to make the fun more interesting.

+1 Zedd is a fucking amazing dude, He's active kind and an outstanding person. Being a CPT does also help because he knows how to handle some situations better.
