So as far as your application, I will say your two paragraphs look big and beefy, but it almost looks like you turned up the size of the lettering for that, however you still had two decent paragraphs in the end. While some may argue it’s best to have experience under your belt before applying to a larger server, I say it’s a great opportunity to at least give it a try. Your activity has been pretty ok from what I’ve seen, you have a neutral tone towards others, which can be seen as a good thing when dealing with sits. Ill leave your application with a +1 I recommend just throwing in a few more sentences in your paragraphs. Good luck!

If you’re maining 11B and I don’t know who you are, that’s a pretty big red flag. -1 While you do meet the minimum playtime for the server, I advise that you try to move around a bit more and get to know the community before making an application. Personally, I don't think you're ready, you should probably tone down the current /ooc 11Bfree XP! bind you got or just get rid of it entirely. Your paragraphs (if you call that 2) are very short and lack quality, I suggest you beef em up a bit. For now i'll be giving you a -1

Is there anyway you can show that specific shot you had on Acer? That might prove useful to your argument.

-1 While I haven’t personally met you, or have had any interaction with you, from these comments in this thread tell me you had quite a positive impact on the server. With that being said, cheating is still against the rules.

As far as switching between a few donator weapons, you still run into the problem of having to scroll through your inventory to get to something that isn't used as much. While it sounds like you have maybe 3-4 items, this could be different for players who have 10 items that seem impossible to navigate. While this is a very helpful tip for newer users who are just buying their first donor weapons, it still is a different scenario to what Theos is describing. +1 for the suggestion as it would make it easier to navigate the hot bar.

I’ve seen 2GA Officers on the server but none of them stick out as much as you. While watching you play and watching you interact with other players, shows me that you could be ready to take on the role of staff. Your interaction with players is probably one of the most important things to consider when applying for staff, and on some occasions I’ll see some remarks you’ll make that will influence other members (not just 2GA) to act that way, and I’m still guilty of that and am trying to get better, but when you said this It really stuck out to me that you are willing to step up as a staff member and help out the server as much as you can with no ill intention. So for this application, I’ll be leaving a +1 I wish you luck with this app and hope to see you on the staff team!

-1 While you seem to have climbed the ranks within 2GA and have accustomed yourself to RU, I don’t think I’ve seen you interact at all with US actively, and when I do see you on (this might just be me) it’s only during war and nothing else. If you want my opinion, I suggest playing some US and chilling in the US TS, if you do that then you might have a better shot at your application. Until then, good luck on this app and any future apps.

+1 Very pleasing to look at application. When I talked to you before you seemed like a really nice guy that just really wanted to help out, and that’s 1 quality that staff members should always have. Your responses to people’s feedback is also a good sign to other members that you actually care about this, and you’re willing to push this application to the very end. -1 While it would be nice to have hit markers, it would be pointless. Say you were to fire at someone from far away, you would get a hit marker even if it were a friendly or an enemy. I’m not an expert of coding, but that would seem quite difficult to program between war and peacetime. Also, the hit reg is already unreliable as is, so adding another form of false positives might give players the sense that hit markers don’t mean shit. Basically it’s a cool idea but will ultimately be very useless.

If your hours on Arma 3 are true, then maneuvering Gmod events should be a cake walk. Also looking at the community feedback, you seem to hold a great reputation with other players (including Conway). Im very excited to see what you can bring to the MRP server if accepted. +1 good luck!

+1 You seem to have a positive impression on 11B, which can make for a good staff member. The only thing I will say is that you should interact with RU members more, not that you’re not, but if you’re going for staff I recommend staying in the RU channel for a day or two to try and get their mindset down and get to know their vibe.

+1 It just seems like the most reasonable thing to be changed to match. Even though DF doesn't have that many members to match Vega, they still have members none the less. Was informed that DF has more active members than Vega, making it all the more reason to give T2 and T3 infinite slots.
