If you can’t take heat on your staff app and not stay confident and strong in your decisions then you won’t hand well as staff either because as staff you will get a lot of backlash for some of your decisions sometimes and if you can’t stay confident in them then how will we know you will handle things the right way.

Minimum of 2 paragraphs, I only see one and if there are two then they are very poor, if you can’t even make 2 paragraphs and follow simple instruction you won’t fit well in the duty

I really love the update and appreciate all the work, thank you for finally looking at the ranger classes too as there are a lot of people that can vouch that the field medic hit box was easily as big as a humvee, most of all we truly appreciate everything you’ve done

Hopefully I’ll be back by middle of this week or end of it if I’m lucky, my school district has been having computer problems so it’s making everything harder from homework to school work and notes so I’ve been having to work harder to get my grades up. Rip I guess my many months of constant denying of handpicks and strictly tryouts to get into my faction mean nothing but I agree with Bishopil, hand pick completely ruin the look of the faction, showing they are favoring certain others and in a sense defacing other players other players working hard or that had worked hard to get into the faction, but over all handpicks are just retarded outright.

-1 horribly put together and not done right, there’s only one paragraph if you can even call it that, steam id is wrong, referrals isn’t done right, warns is poorly given, playtime is weong and even so it’s low, I recommend you get more playtime under your belt and we’ll known before applying, not only that I would highly recommend doing things right if you are trying to earn such a responsible rank in the community and yet you can barely for 1 paragraph when it requires 2

From what I remember a lot of people would cause problems with you and all you’d do is complain about it or avoid it instead of trying to fix it/ understand why. You constantly used to follow others instead of being a leader and your reply to jake only shows that you still do, not everyone is gonna be your friend but everyone can still see different sides of you and that’s what they are posting, the sides they’ve seen from you so if you are saying you are only gonna be mature and stuff with friends and no one else then I don’t know how well you’d fit into the staff team

One of the biggest issues with army is their DS’s which all of the officers just had meeting and that was part of whay was said in the meeting, part of army’s downfall was the shear fact they didn’t have officers and when they did they weren’t active or didn’t care, now as we are trying to build army the problem is that they dint have active DS or ones that actually wnat to train like they would in the past, there’s many contributions to why army is the way it is now like having GAs go inactive, officers constantly leaving or causing problems or now a days enlisted don’t care as much as they used to, if we could fix those which we are slowly doing then maybe army will start having better out turns, but the sheer fact of merging two factions, one faction that is slowly climbing up, with a faction that has 3 enlisted and 2 officers it really won’t do much, especially considering the state rangers has been in the past many months I’ve been in it, nothing has changed for rangers no matter what I’ve done or tried. And if you are talking about stripping power away from rangers then what’s the point of people trying to get into rangers right now, if we were to do a merger I’d want it to be a soft one rangers have limited power in army as to help army and expose rangers more to army enlisted and peak their interests, not completely change everything (sorry for grammar errors, I’m sleep deprived and typing in my phone)

As if today some personal issues have come up and I don’t know when I’ll beable to be in my computer again, I won’t have any access but hopefully I’ll be back soon @Bendak @Gildarts @draggydx ill try and keep you guys informed but I don’t know if I’ll beable to.

You don’t rush accepting/denying applications it can Take as long as it needs to for us to make sure they are a food fit in the team and will fit their job correctly

Give a better reason then just “loving him” so he should get staff

That’s actually really interesting and would be really cool to have, the only concern was making sure explosives are only allowed for certain people to use, not just giving them to anyone also have you thought of the possible skins they’d have or are you still going through those too? and a possible weapon could be honey badger for stealth infiltration and ambushing (just an idea)
