He was reported for NLR, which I confirmed via logs that @Papiraqi reviewed for the appeal, then I was called on discord by @Fetn who sent me a clip of him FDAing and using a failbase. I then tabbed back in and banned him for NITRP. I understand that I probably should have told him, but I don't think it's a requirement to tell the reportee's what they are being banned for, especially since I did my best to make it clear in the ban reason (NITRP | NLR, FDA, FAILBASE). Unfortunately I do not have a clip of said sit, as my background recording has not been functioning properly for the past few days.

A 4 day NITRP ban is justified by 3 broken rules within a short time period. In this case, the rules broken were NLR, FDA, and Failbase, as I stated in the ban reason.

-1 I havent seen you at all since early/mid Omega, and honestly I thought you had left. You cant just come back to the community after being away for so long and expect us to bring you onto the staff team. At least take a week or two to familiarize yourself with everything new, because a lot has changed since we've last seen you. So it's a -1 from me. You should have at least waited a couple weeks.

You show a great deal of maturity when it comes to dealing with issues in-game, I have never seen you act in any way even resembling disrespect, and you aren't afraid to put your foot down when necessary. Personally, I am not a fan of letting someone who cheated back on the server. Now, it could also be said that I haven't been around long enough to understand the impact you may have had on the community in the past. Which is true. But, as many others have already stated, it could set a bad precedent of allowing vets who were banned to come back to the community, completely ignoring their past offences. But, if you were somehow bale to prove yourself, via a probationary period or something of the sort, I wouldn't be opposed to some sort of "reform program" that would allow players such as yourself to return to the community. TL;DR: NEUTRAL

Honestly, I agree that they should have the same stats, and that the only difference should be cosmetic. But I think that the Matador should have the same blast radius as the RPG, since it increases the potential for self-damage and discourages players from using it in close-quarters, and the RPG's damage should be brought down to match the Matador's.

+1 From what I've seen from you in-game, you would be perfectly capable of handling staff duties. You are generally laid back, and know how to have fun, but can be serious and stern when the situation calls for it. And a referral from Matheson is plenty enough for me.
