-1 Every time I've heard about you it was not in a good way to phrase it nicely. Maybe try to improve your behavior and reputation on the server.

-1 Even though some of my friends who dislike Theos may get upset with what I'm about to say, this is what I believe. I have some disagreements with some of the decisions Theos has made (The Reserve change and the Tier system change) but I don't believe he has done anything so far to warrant being removed from manager. In my opinion Theos can be Stubborn but personally every time I have brought up issues to him, he has listened and give his Pov on things and while I disagree with his Pov on a lot of decisions, Him being stubborn and me having a disagreement with him in my eyes doesn't warrant him being removed from manager.

Great progress on Taiga. It looks badass already. I'd go with Echo over Chaharikar personally. I do think even with its large size we could make echo work, and with echo being bigger we would hopefully not have to have so many problems with base camping as I assume locations will be more spread out. Also, I feel larger map would give our GM team more room for events. Personally, I'm a fan of bigger maps in general as well just cause also usually there are more things to do and more areas to use. Thats just my 2 cents.

Denied While Torres may have handled the sit poorly, the clip provided by him clearly shows another Army right next to the man you kidnapped, and you still went through with it even with other us right next to the kidnappee. The warn is valid. @Theos Lock and Move Please Good Sir!!!

While i was Colonel of Red Group, i had to remove you for toxicity and other problems. After that you mainly played marsoc which was so toxic that almost everyone who was involved in it has been blacklisted from almost every faction on the server. You also very recently have gotten into arguments in ooc which doesn't look good. With that being said you have been one of the few who have managed to start cleaning up your behavior and actually being a benefit to the server, as can be shown with that fact you are an army WOC and you did personally ask me for advice on how to help you rebuild your reputation. Overall, I think you are on the right path but i believe that all the toxicity and drama from your time in marsoc is still too recent for me to give a +1. I hope you continue to try and improve your reputation but for now... -1

Horse has definitely done some really stupid things in the past but ever since he started focusing on working his way to help out Army and 11A he has shown that he can be mature and be a good member of the community and I think he deserves a chance to be GM +1
