Hey man! So, to start off with, I do believe that you've got the right intentions for the server and I solely believe that you are a good person as I have had several interactions with you in-game. You are mature, you've proven to be an asset for the US side by achieving the rank of WO1 - not an easy feat nowadays. I've seen you interacting with people through TeamSpeak a lot of times as well, so nothing to add onto that area of things, keep that up. However, going over your application, I see that you are getting kind of repetitive in your second paragraph. All you really talk about is how you want to get rid of rulebreakers during the early US times - which is obvious, but is that really the only reason you can benefit our server? I am sure you can think of more stuff you can do for our server to actually be beneficial - go in-depth, you're a smart guy and I am very positive that if you can adjust the paragraphs to include some more persuasive information you will make an excellent chance to make it onto our team. I'm not going to -1 or +1 for now, but will come back to this thread to see if you've adjusted anything. Good luck with the application anyways!

You're honestly a good guy, I have no doubt about that. But going off the interactions I had with you, your attitude is something that needs to be worked on. Try not to go in hard whenever someone says anything you don't agree with. I am not going to -1 this application solely because of that, I'll leave that up to Ozzy - but it's surely something that needs to be worked on. I'll stay neutral here.

Yeah, this is not really something you can blame on him. The RPG influx on the RU side has genuinely been a pain in the ass - I don't disagree with Early if he's complaining that much. Definitely a +1 for me as well. Mature guy who has good intentions on the server. Always up for a good conversation and just a pleasure to be around whenever he's on the server. You'd make a good addition to the staff team.

Big fat +1 I have been waiting for some RP scenarios to be set up on this server and I definitely think that this idea would even encourage that further. Not only could this add onto RP events, it could also become a player thing maybe - like having more regiments set up within the factions (MP etc.). That's not the priority for this suggestion, but I really like the idea of implementing these models into RP events on the server.

+1 Great guy to be around, good player when it comes down to combat and honestly he's not even acting like he's 14 at all. I don't mind his age since you cannot even see that he is 14 years old. No mingey behaviour at all, always maintaining a professional attitude and just a pleasure to be around on both the server and TS.

+1 Do I even need to explain why? Man's been carrying 11A ever since setting foot into it. Keep it up and definitely would make a good fit for the staff team.

I sincerely hope that this application will get accepted since we are in need of some more gamemasters to bolster up the RP factors of the server to make it feel like an actual MRP again. You are also a good player skillwise, so you definitely know what you're doing - from the ideas I've seen in your application you are also a creative person.

I haven't had any interactions with you in the past so I don't know how severe the toxicity was back then, but going off of the comments from the players who were around back then I can safely say that you had multiple chances to redeem yourself. And indeed like other members already stated: I only see this as some sort of apology to be honest. The ban was not unjustified as you were acting up pretty bad back in the days as you even state yourself. Ofcourse, everyone can change, but if you already had so many chances to prove yourself and you turned bad all the time - no one's going for infinite chances. I am going to -1 this appeal since it's not really an appeal in my eyes. Just asking for forgiveness in here - apologizing is not what ban appeals are meant for.

Definitely +1 Acer, you're a great player and honestly a pleasure to be around on the server. You're a friendly face for newer players and from personal experiences, you even try to help them get better at the game. You can go out of boundaries but that's mainly with friends and you're not hardcore insulting anyone. I would love to see you on the team , a team you definitely deserve a spot on.

Unfortunately for the SCAR Light, but I guess it's a necessary change. Other than that it's definitely a cool update! I don't mind that the PVP will be slowing down a bit because of this. It's always pretty fast paced but that might change now due to the infinite amount of revives we can get on objectives for example. Thank you Garnet!

-1 Basically, this application lacks a lot of detail - it's not convincing at all. Make sure you also use basic spelling/grammar rules when writing paragraphs. Pressing the Enter button after every sentence makes it kind of annoying to read, especially with the highlighting colour that you're using. When it comes to you as a person, I know you recently got accepted into an SOC, but I haven't seen you on TeamSpeak to be fair. Maybe it's the timezone, but try to make a name for yourself within the MRP community by hanging out with the members on TeamSpeak.

You have proven to me that you are a friendly face around other players and surely are mature when it comes down to handling in-game issues/concerns. I do think that you will be a good fit within the staff team once you have familiarized yourself a bit more within the server. Not just the rules and stuff, but also make a name for yourself within the community. Hang out with the players on TeamSpeak more often, as it's being used as the main communication platform currently. When you've worked your way around the pointers I recommended, I'm surely willing to put it up to a plus one for sure. Like I said, you're a chill guy to be around and you surely know what responsibilities can ask from you. Just needs more effort towards getting to know the community is all.

Honestly, you're making a very solid point. Compadre, unless you have a very big lot of free time - I'm honestly worrying about the commitment you can point towards MilitaryRP. The current staff members are putting a lot of time onto their duties to make sure the MRP can be the best experience for our players and I'm unsure whether you can dedicate equally as much time to both servers. Don't get me wrong, you're a great guy and your behaviour would definitely fit onto our team, that's why I am honoured to be your referral. I'm just worrying about whether this is the correct way to go forward. For me, just make yourself known within the MRP community as well. Put in the hours to actually prove that you can make a difference here. You don't have that many hours and we get that you want to help the server - we all want that of course. I am pretty sure I can benefit this server in quite a lot of ways. First of all, I am very active on the server - giving me the chance to adhere to and enforce the rules that are so desperately needed on a server such like this at all times. Roleplay is the most important aspect of the MilitaryRP and the rules that come with it are vital for this server to actually be playable. A lot of times, minges and toxic people would want to troll around and mess up the playing experience for most of the players - this is where I can come to definite use. I am aware of the fact that I am currently somewhat new to the server, but I am pretty sure that I will be able to function within the position of T. Mod eventually as good as any other 'wellknown' face in the server. I will also be of great use to the current staffteam because of my maturity and professionalism. Once offered a spot within the staffteam, I will uphold the core values of a good staffmember at all times. Now, I can see you think: "All people say this in their application..", but I've actually put this to use in basically all of my other communities - I am not one of just words. In general, I will become an active staffmember who can truly be a face for the newer players on this server and generally a person who wants to improve on the player's experience for Garnet MRP. Core values such as professionalism, maturity and overall good behaviour can be expected of me and I am sure that I can deal with minges/trollish behaviour like no other. I will also always encourage people to make sure to stay in-character whenever possible, as this makes the experience that much better. Not only will I be a genuine face within the community - I will also act on behalf of the community. I can be found on Teamspeak nearly every day during my timezone's peak hours, which makes me a great ear for any eventual ideas or improvements that need to be brought up to any person responsible for the specific area where it needs to be improved. I think this is very important for a server with the size of the MRP, since players are basically the one's who are keeping it alive - it would make no sense to not listen to their desires and what not. Staffmembers are not only there to enforce rules, we need to improve the player's experience as well. Another reason I would definitely benefit the server is because of my timezone. It may sound weird and not really as a qualification, but as a European I can be online during the early hours for the US people. Making me a flexible staffmember and this would give the staffteam the ability to oversee the server even more efficiently. Even during the 'dead' periods of the day, staff presence can actually make a difference. Now onto my contributions towards the factions. A staffmember could actually benefit from having experiences within leadership positions within any of the factions we currently have - but I haven't been able to achieve this as of yet. Nonetheless do I feel like I can definitely be a bridge between the factions to make sure everyone is treated fair and square. This basically brings me back to my previous statements about my professionalism and definite maturity in this role once offered a spot within the Garnet MRP staffteam. Overall being an active part of the community, serving the members and generally being a guidance for newer players, I definitely believe that I can have a positive impact on how the server will be run if given the chance to serve as a T. +1 Of course, his behaviour could be improved upon at times - most of his flaws are arising whenever he gets bored. Might be something that will be changing once he is actually given something to do. Another reason why I am +1'ing this application is because the man definitely has the spirit for it and is really motivated. He's not really a big name within the community - not sure whether that is what the managers are solely looking for, but with the right guidance I'm pretty sure this can become something. The application is kind of wonky - your writing skills could definitely use some more straightening. However, you can 'feel' that you are enthusiastic about becoming staff and you've showed that to me as well as of late. I do think that the trial period you will recieve once accepted can definitely form you into something that they can actually use. Make sure to keep following the rules and hang out with the community members more often to show yourself, give yourself presence within this community. If you get denied and you want to try again in the future, take @eli_'s feedback into consideration and improve on your in-game behaviour. You are a good person and you're cool to be around. You also have the correct mindset but you need to be an example at all times when you are accepted within the staff team.
