I give you a +1 I feel your paragraphs are overall decent we have same a lot worse (no disrespect intended) I feel with the right coaching and proper guidance you'll be a great staff. Also towards the tail end of your app you said you have no hobbies and play gmod all day, I felt that.

I’m heading to work right now but when I get home I’d absolutely love to show my case on this. Thank you all for being patience and waiting for me to get off work I appreciate it. Let me start by saying I recorded multiple videos that day and you can tell my Audio is messed up in those I've been tinkering with the settings for about a week now trying to get it right. Although I do not have this situation recorded which is on me. I'd be more than happy to upload the video I do have from last night (7/12/21) to prove that I was having issues with it but that's besides the point Lets get into how this began shall we? Ballpark creates a sit and all it is labeled with is "Come check this guy". I claim the sit and /pm Ballpark asking him what's going on, instead of answering me he spams (and I mean SPAMS) me barking at me to take him to a roof. Spamming so much that I have to chat mute him because it's just a bombardment of messages I receive from him. To me, that's totally unprofessional and a terrible way to start a sit. I bring ballpark to the roof and tell him over voice chat to calm the fuck down then proceed to remove his chat mute. I bring Communism>Marxism next and begin the sit just how I do every other sit by introducing myself and asking how they are doing. Ballpark is correct he did admit to those things. Communism also was disrespect to ballpark in the sit so I physgunned Marxism to the corner and spoke to him one on one and told him to calm down and he needs to be respectful of this situation, I warned him for diss in a sit then he complied. I bring him back over to the sit were him and ballpark started to go at it a little bit but it was normal sit behavior between the two of them, the classic I killed you because of this and that and the classic you can't do that because it's against the rules. If you've been staff on any server before you know what I'm talking about. Although Communism came off as a 'minge' or 'troll' to ballpark he was very respectful to me and showed great interest in the server and progressing further in RP. If my memory serves me correct he was in the mid 20's in level so he wasn't new but also wasn't the most seasoned player. As I am speaking to Communism I have ballpark barking these orders at me telling me how to punish this guy and what I should be doing.. Last time I checked I'M the staff in-charge of the sit. I'M the one handling it I don't need to be coached by some ex-staff who is trying to get someone banned. In my eyes Ballpark was egging him on with little comments sprinkled in to his conversation with the other player which again, was unprofessional. Ballpark you claim to have a ton of respect for me but after the sit is over you then go to OOC and start to complain about the way I handled it. If you have an issue come to me directing as lets get this sorted out and MAYBE a different outcome would've happen but the way you handled it was poorly. At the end of the day I fully stand behind my decisions and feel what I did was correct and fair to both players. After ballpark left the area I went back and spoke to Communism privately and explained the rules and really drove in what he did wrong and WHY it was wrong. The answer isn't always to ban the player but to COACH them. As staff it is our job to mold these new players in the right direction and guide them on a path to fun RP, and just an overall good experience on the server. As a player I don't have too many issues with you, been here awhile and knows the rules and would be an amazing addition to the team but like I said beef it up a bit more. Low key embarrassing.
