TBH these events sound lackluster just because I think more thought could be put into them. One Paragraph for 5 events? Doesn't look good. So i'm gonna wait until thats changed to put a response.

Rules as in that you can't set their health to a certain amount yes. Which I've always said to my staff members and other players on MRP, if it's for the betterment of the server and Event aspect this "Rule" can be bended if you talk to executives. So talk to the current executives and see if you can set their health to a higher amount granted at the moment and you can do this. Or with this instance, have garnet make a command "/godmode (steamid)" instead of all of these other steps to be taken for this aspect of your suggestion. And obviously this can be abused so that would be something that the higher ups would have to deal with.

As much I see the usefulness of this, You mentioned yourself that you can just crank their health up to an absurd amount. So technically as garnet already mentioned its godmode with extra steps. Which is already possible with /sethealth.

Hello @Apollo47I was around when this ban happened and still help the SWRP Community. The last appeal bishop mentioned to play other servers among the GG community to help with you getting unbanned in your next appeal. I believe this hasn't happened since the ban at least on MRP. This is still up in the air as Proggy and Markymark can make the decision on this.
Anyways good luck on this appeal.-

As this is true but maybe make this a job? Like you can make money off of building people bases or something just a thought and like you said its technically already possible.

You realize if Alting or "botting" if thats what you call it, carries most DarkRP servers? Most of the concurrent players of GMOD is just Alts to help boost pop to appear higher on the Server Browser. Which other wise without them most servers wouldn't really max pop at all. Allowing players to bring Alts on the server just helps the server appear as more active. The only issue to having an Alt is the fact you can ban evade. So there is not issue with that.
Now regarding the main post, yes it sucks that people give in-game currency to someone for them to buy something on the donor store, at the same time it's generating the Income to keep Garnet's servers up. Without people trading in-game items/money it could hurt the income this server brings in. so -1.
