When i went on LOA Phat became the leader as COL and i advise him whenever he needs till i come back. Most of my army officer are working on many ideas for summer and if you don't see them participating in war they're doing either working on docs or speaking with enlisted/officer. My officer try not to skip war because it is a big part of their activities they have to complete at the end of the week. Later this week all of my officers will be evaluated to see if this is remotely true.

Accepted During a raid you can't kill players in claimed area outside their Base. If a Defender is in a claimed area away from their base and fired at a Attacker the Attacker may fire back during raids. Br0ken will receive a ban for MassRDM. EDITED

Personal LOA till the summer be back at the end of june or the begin of july. I will try to be on the TS and forums when i could.

Accepted Now that you know breaking your sniper fire rate is exploiting, next time if you do this again it will result in a ban. Also if anyone breaks their weapons fire rate and it is there first offence they will receive a warn and jail for the reminder of war. After your first warn and continue to exploit your fire rate it will result in a 1 day ban. After the 1 day ban and proceeds to exploits your fire rate it will become a 2 day ban. If continued it will progress into a permanent ban.

I dont think PTL should be removed, i think the WO+ that contribute to this should be demoted or strike. You can just tell an officer or the leader if this happens.

Accepted If you shoot anyone inside their base during war it is considered basecamp, which isn't allowed. Skye will receive a warn.

Accepted Breaking your fire rate isn't allowed and it will be known to vac that it can become a permanent ban for exploiting. There isn't any video proof of him breaking his fire rate other then the logs provided but it isn't valid enough to justify if it was exploiting which means vac will receive a verbal warning by me.

Denied In the begining you went out of base with PTL by sasha, but your job wasn't set to specific you have valid perms which make you KOS out of base. https://imgur.com/a/WDWB9JG -"Sasha agreeing that he did give me PTL"- this evidence inst valid enough. When you came into the sit you didn't have your job to specific you had PTL previously by Sasha. When the job inst set he cant justify if you have perms, next time set your job. Also oatlife you should of asked him if he had PTL before killing him. When you went back to kill oatlife out of base that was RDM because he had perms. Jasmin isnt going to be demoted she did the sit correctly.
