Great job on the staff app. You have highlighted some key points of how a staff member should act. And as common the point of "real minge hours" is, it is a real thing; as I type this, I just got shot by a PVT with absolutely no grasp of the rules. I had to deal with it by myself, telling to press F1 and what not. So, your paragraphs are definitely not lacking, by any means. The only question standing is how others feel about you. I know you joined about 2 weeks ago, but you have been really active. I know this while being on US most of the time. I see you in wars constantly, which shows that you are willing to be active, which is all the more reason to "+1". However, with the question of people's opinion of you still standing, can be a large roadblock. I can say that my experience with you has not been bad, but I don't think there has been enough time to fully know how you act. You even said it yourself, and this category, is really important on staff apps. With all of this being said, I am going to +1 because I think you are a chill guy. I will be lingering and reading other's posts about any personal experiences with you and evaluate my decision based on their merit. If you get denied, make sure people get to know you better before you apply again. If you get accepted, then that shows you to be at least decently known by the community.

I understand why you think this of me. I can't change what has happened in the past, but I sure as hell learned from it. I am really ashamed of how I acted on the staff application, so now, I just wish that how I have changed makes up for it in the long run. I know you might have trouble believing that I have changed, but I have conversed with others, and people agree. As for the donor support; it is true that the time taken to do the support angered me and I did patronize Garnet about it, but even shortly after the fact, I realized that he must have been really busy. Looking back it was a really shitty thing to do by asking so much of him at that time. Still, then, at the time of that happening, I realized this much, and then went to all of the existing donor supports and scanned through then to tell them to include things that would help garnet go through them faster. You can check, I'm not sure how far back it goes, but if you go to any donor support missing anything around mine, you will find me, doing my best to help Garnet. So, you have the right to think of me as you do now, but the fact is, I understood my wrong doing at even at that time. Specifically with the donor support. I am ashamed of this, as well. With that out of the way, the remarks about my personality is of your own opinion. If I have a "dull personality", should that really affect anything but who I am friends with? If you do not wish to be friends with me, then we don't have to be. It's just that, an opinion, but I hope I can change it. This is just food for thought. All in all, I think it was good that you brought this into the light, but multiple people here already knew who I was. This includes Oatlife, who was first to say I have changed. Hearing that made me really glad, because I really have given it my best shot. So, these things you mentioned, I've analyzed and learned from. I know it's too late to apologize, nor is this the place to do so, but doing the best I can to remain calm and without stance, in my eyes, has made up for it. This might also be why you said I'm dull. I've reconciled with many people and I think even highly of the server. I also hope that you can get to know me better. The idea of an event would be cool. -The infection seems the easier of the two, so I'd say it's viable, but then again, I'm not the one who will be coding. -The payload even would seem pretty rough to code. I agree; I think a map reversion would be adequate to fix a few issues with the objectives. The current map doesn't to have a pathing balance; for instance, let's say RU has Embassy, and US need to get to Silo. This scenario isn't quite fair to US, because the vantage point that Embassy has and the few paths to Silo. However, if US wanted to go to Killhouse, they have many options, including River and Ravine. This is a major example of the unbalanced pathings on this current map. Tiaga V3 would be an excellent pick, because of it's volatile terrain and good objectives. Like Oatlife said, Company was a gold star objective. It really had many entry points and strategies to be employed. Town is similar, but with closer engagements, and with a more open design, it truly fit the bill for the title of "middle objective". Factory has plenty of options of entry, which makes it a strategic hold. Another good thing about Tiaga V3, is that, the terrain allowed far paths to become reinforced as you can travel on the outskirts of the map and have the terrain protect you. Not to mention BasePushing aka BaseCamping aka spawn camping will be greatly reduced by the map change, so I think that would make many players happy. +1

Miller. I do not think your application is lacking. However, I rarely see you online. You aren't known or active as of now. You even said it yourself. So, Make yourself known, become an active member, and you should find it easier to be accepted. You identified some important traits a staff should have, but adding some more could not hurt. This isn't about you as a person, so I hope you take the feedback objectively, not personally. -1. You can still apply in the future if you get denied.

I don't think that the ares shrike all together should be nerfed, because jugg has had this weapon for a long time. I think a nerf to chachet's version would be adequate. At least you are a slow boy with it on jugg. The maneuverability with it makes no sense. I'm for the nerf, but I think jugg should be left alone.

It would be cool to have an RP friendly map, but the problem with a suggestion like this is that, there just aren't maps on standby like this. Unless you wish to suggest a map or have one in mind.

Nicely put long responses. It really shows that you care. Your experiences you stated seems to all be relevant, which is great. I have nice experiences with you on the server. It seems like you are a real calm and nice dude. You have expressed your understanding of necessary tolerance and patience, which is what is looked for in staff members. I am not aware of any misconduct from you if there is any. Being the first to comment, I'd like to wait and see what others have to say about you. You identified some parts of what a staff member should act like. However, there is a major issue with this application; you did not identify why you would like to become a staff member. In the section where it asks you, "Why do you plan on benefiting our server?", you only stated how. Personally, I see no point to asking this question, so I won't take that too much into account. There is really only one answer: You like the server and want it to be a better place. You did mention making it a place where people did what they were supposed to do, but didn't directly answer it. Please fix your minor grammatical errors. Some may see this as the applicant not taking this serious. I don't believe that, but it's better safe than sorry. I think that I would like to see more out of this essay portion. You stated some shaky statements about understanding the rules, but I would like to see you state how you plan on behaving as a staff member. I didn't catch any spelling/grammar errors. You don't have any misconduct reported from me or from this thread. You have stated many of the things a MRP staff member should be concerning leadership, behavior, and tolerance. All that is left is to show us if can apply those traits. My opinion is... I think that this application is well said. This shows you took time to write a serious application, which shows dedication. I don't think I have a good understanding of your character because I haven't seen you on the server much, despite having 400+ hours.
