While the /placehit command is rarely used in most situations, it doesn't make sense for a client-side cooldown for placing a hit. I agree with the idea to only have a cooldown on the person the hit was placed on. +1 to the suggestion.

Staff application isn't anything extraordinary, and I haven't really met this individual personally. One thing to note is that giving away free items and generally being nice doesn't really add a whole lot to your character and isn't very influential. You should let others speak about you and give their opinions. If I had to vote then I would go with a -1. You should spend more time getting to know the community.

There's a button at the bottom right of the editor if you click "edit" on your thread. It says Insert Image from URL and if you upload an image to imgur.com or another trusted image site then you can put the image link into that and it'll put it in the thread.

I would be a beneficial addition to the staff team with my current experience within the server and the staffing portion. I've spent countless days taking reports and helping out the team, making sure everybody inside was behaving and whatnot. I had become inactive after I reached the rank of L. Admin due to personal issues and the whole reserves thing didn't work out since evity had left. I couldn't spare enough time to get on most days, and spent a lot more of it doing what was more important. Though I've returned and it would definitely be a better change for my life as this server gives me stress relief. Besides the inactivity, I used to be one of the top performing in the eyes of multiple staff members. I would not only lead every division (Operators, Human Resources, Gamemasters) but also lead the staff team in general. I wouldn't tolerate rule-breakers within the team unless it was minor inconveniences. I have a playful attitude in-game but on duty I am a totally different person. I become serious and mature and leave all bias behind. With my current experience, I know almost every rule to heart and I can always help others or guide them into doing what they're meant to. I've adapted to the changes of the community over the past month and the current staff team. I could grant guidance to those in need and help them advance in their skills. Though I may not start out as a high rank, I will expect myself to act like one though respect those in charge. I've been a strong believer in hierarchy respect, and that those above should be treated well. From the few times I've been staff before, I've gained knowledge in staffing that creates a sense of joy knowing I can be positive of my decisions when in a situation, and that any advice I hand out should be beneficial to those who receive it. I've gotten to know a lot of the community members and old ones too despite some change. I'm willing to sacrifice any amount of time needed to help the players, even in undesired situations. Players come first in my eyes and that's something I'll definitely be showing during my time as staff. [Name of Event] Multiple options might be Supply Drop, Supply Takeover, Carepackage, etc. [Event Start Text] Reports have been received of a Separatist Care package nearby with dangerous equipment. Locate and secure the package before the clankers use it against us! [Event Description] A care package can be seen dropping from the sky (Or not) containing valuable loot that will fuel the Separatist army. Soldiers must find where the package is located, which will be surrounded by droid spawn locations, and secure it. There will be an "Overall Timer" that starts at a high amount like 5 minutes or so. This could be coded to fit the amount of players online (1 player = 30 seconds, 5 players = 2.5 minutes, 10 players = 5 min, etc.) When at least 1 player is within a certain distance from the package, the timer will start counting down. Once the counter has reached <= 0, the package is secured and the droids leave. If there are no players nearby the package (or the player nearby is defeated), the timer stops counting down. There will be a maximum time of (insert value (I'd say around 10-15 minutes)), if the maximum time runs out, the droids secure the package and the mission will fail. The leaderboard will display the amount of time a player is nearby the package *alive*. The player with the most amount of time may be rewarded. Multiple people nearby the package will not speed up the process but each player will have their leaderboard number rise for however long they remain alive near it. There may be a ship located near the site but it is not destroyable nor serves any purpose, we don't need another "destroy the ship" event. [Maximum Time] 10-15 Minutes to be both enough and suspenseful [Top Leaderboard Prize] To be decided. Put down what you believe are your best traits, explain them in detail. As well as what kinds of benefits you'd bring to the staff team. You probably have a lot to say about yourself but you gotta put in the effort. These paragraphs aren't even technically paragraphs cause there aren't enough sentences. Just try to explain who you are and what you believe are your good personality traits or such.

2 things: 1. If it was never intended, why were there rules restricting only certain police classes to building in PD? 2. Going off of 1 - Can wardens still build in the jails (To make it safer for bails or control large groups)

For StarwarsRP, one of the main things I've always wished for were things to do other than wait for the events, and the Gamemaster hosted events aren't entirely gamechanging either. I think Conway will change that eventually for the better. In terms of leadership, some leaders of the batallions aren't entirely serious with their roles. They promote someone for just being in the batallion (Personal experience). Order should be made that people must participate in events or trainings in order to be promoted. I thought this was already a thing though. I believe changes should be made to Gamemaster held events to be more exciting, such as building the events instead of using the map. There's not very much you CAN do though since the servers can only handle so much. If this is possible I hope we can add new event props or enemies that would give people a reason to stay active or attend events. I'll be posting some suggestions in the proper forum once I compile a list of useful ideas. I've been trying to gather details in order to enhance the playerbase because I'd like to see StarwarsRP thrive one day.

You failed two easy steps, write 2 paragraphs about yourself and follow the staff rules. The application is lazy and grammar mistakes are plenty. You ended up advertising your application which is one if not the easiest rule to follow in the entire server. -1

Iron was one of the most mature and professional staff members on the DarkRP staff team when he was an administrator, he deserves the +1 more than anyone.

I think something we should add is more event types, rather than just droids breaching into base. But overall nice update!

Warns expire, so having this many in a short amount of time including the bans just makes it seem like you either don't completely understand the rules or don't bother to follow them. However, you're somewhat chill in-game and I respect that. -1 until your warns either expire or you prove yourself to be able to handle the role.
