I understand that we should teach them that they shouldn't be talking out of PTS instead of killing them right away, but they should already know that PTS is active as the officers that claim the DB say that PTS is active and KOS to any interruptions in their advert. Not only that but these new privates/enlisted are already taught that PTS is always active during DB's when they were trained. “/y PTS” - Permission to Speak, it active during Briefing/Debriefing and Tryouts/Instruction. This is the only accepted way to ask for “PTS”
