Yeah but do you see what I mean? It's even your mentality here, in your own words you'd be doing it to "ruin their day." That's not at all the mentality you should have especially if you're gonna be staff. I have no issue at all with you reporting a toxic player on this server and improving our community by doing so. But, my issue lies within the fact that your attitude is "well if they do so and so I'm gonna do it back and hit them even harder" - while that can work in some cases in life, in a situation where you are a staff member that represents the staff team on a DarkRP server on Garry's Mod, it will not work. I'm not at all trying to harp on you or anything either, trust me I've made a few mistakes here, including when I was on the staff team. No one's perfect and I'll be the first to attest to that. It's just that your mentality needs to change a bit if you're going to be a successful person on this staff team.

-1 Unfortunately I'm going to have to change my vote to a -1 because of your response to Gunner. Being toxic back to other players changes nothing and just perpetuates the situation. It also concerns me since as a member of staff, there is no room for you to act that way.

Honestly, it appears your reputation within the community by those who know you is good, the issue only appears to lie within your application itself. The application itself isn't terrible, it's actually relatively a few easy fixes. I also did check your ban appeal from 2023 and it was indeed accepted so that checks out. Unfortunately though, I'm going to have to go with a -1 until those things are fixed. -1

+1 Had good interactions with him in-game and it appears the community agrees he should be staff regardless of him failing the first training. Also agree with @ShankNinjaand @ajbedhead that the structure for staff training nowadays seems bloated and unnecessarily long.

-1 - Good Referal - Ability to recognize past mistake is a start - Being able to speak Romanian is pretty cool - I'm not sure if you were granted an exception to the age requirement (I'm guessing so if Buster referred you) but 14 is still relatively young and there can be some concern for immaturity in situations such as sits or roleplay - Paragraphs are a bit weak, didn't really explain why you want to be staff either. Saying "it doesn't hurt to apply" rather than trying to give solid reasons as to why you'd be a good staff candidate doesn't really show the best commitment in my opinion - Adding on to the above, I don't think you really needed to have an entire second paragraph decided to you being able to speak Romanian

Neutral HOWEVER I think you would be a great staff member. You have solid hours, a good understanding of the rules, and on top of that, a good referral. Now, the only reason I'm not giving you a +1 is because of this- It's one thing to say it and one thing for it to actually be true. I'll point out two situations since I have those two clipped still. It's no secret that you and me have had good encounters and bad encounters. Example 1, you didn't like I was countering you (and others) so much as a Civil Protection so you tried to advert raid on a DJ Hut to kill me. After the sit, you just flat out sniped me from your base then went AFK (you were warned anyways due to my clip). Example 2, I was walking down the street infront of PD and you and your friend Juto were raiding the base at the very end of that street. You saw me "charging" down the street and shot me. Your reason being that I counter your raids every time (your words from the clip). That's clear cut RDM. Now, these are only two of our bad encounters. We've had plenty of good ones too when I've taken your sits. But you need to understand that staff members get held to a higher accountability and that type of stuff just won't fly especially if you're staff. I do wish you good luck though because ultimately I would like to see you become staff since I've seen your good side as well. But I think it was fair pointing out both perspectives.

Ironically while I was reading this from @Nutter I found an old screenshot from 2016 of when huge bases were allowed and people were literally allowed to corner off entire corners of the map (shown below when we did it once). In regards to this suggestion though, it's going to be neutral. I know lots of people who are in clans that are some of the most genuinely nice and caring people on the server while I know some that are absolutely toxic and do not care about the rules (self-admitted). Given this, I think this would only increase toxicity on the server and potentially empower clans even more. But, I will keep an open mind and see what others say.

+1 Saw him playing last night and earlier today, all good things. I also talked to him and mentioned how I believe in 2nd chances but did of course bring up the concern about having previously been demoted and blacklisted. He explained the situation very thoroughly and I do think he should be given another chance. Good luck, man.

-1 Age is a bit on the low-end, which would be fine if you were able to demonstrate you're still mature and competent, your lack of grammar and sentence structure tells me the opposite. Paragraphs are relatively short and not the best. Pretty generic and vague as well.

+1 Confirming referral. I admit that I have to agree with the above people that your paragraphs are relatively lacking. HOWEVER... That shouldn't be the reason someone get's denied. I think some staff sometimes get too caught up in looking for an excellent application when sometimes we should be looking at the potential of a person. You have nearly 1,000 hours and zero bans on record, that's to put it mildly - incredible. I think that your personality and the charisma that you bring would be a good fit to the team and the only thing I can do is ask that my colleagues assess you on that as well. Good luck, buddy.

Hello Goober and Shturman, Although I was not the presiding staff member, I was present for the sit and do want to offer my take. These logs show in total you guys killed roughly 11 people together (5 and 6 respectively) with probably around another 5-8 damaged because you each threw a gas grenade into the loaded truck. The truck itself while being on the street is technically not allowed if not owned by a hobo, that is correct. If that's the case, you are able to report said person and most of the time they will simply change their class or move their base. As for a hard-rule, the closest you can probably get is this: A truck or anything someone builds on a road is not considered a building, therefore is not raidable. HOWEVER In this case, I agree with Xuloo's and Bluey's assessment. You guy's both seemed chill and apologetic. I told you both at the time that this could go either way given the staff member and given your attitude and your claim to not have known this rule (despite both being high levels & having large playtime) they decided to ban you both for 1 week instead of 2 weeks. Combine this with the fact that you didn't kill just one or two people, but rather 11 and damaged a lot more. And the fact is, while the truck was against the rules as well, you did in-fact commit Mass RDM, not RDM x1 or RDM x2. And to me, that's the biggest factor here. Ultimately it's always at the staff member's discretion whether or not they want to ban or even punish you, but I think they made the correct choice.

It was there for a good amount of time. And even if your intent was for it not to stay there for too long, you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. There's absolutely no logical reason for you to be blocking off spawn like that. If I some saw someone propblocking a door or something to that extent, I would absolutely handle it in a different way by warning them. But given you were propblocking spawn, I handled it the way I thought was best. Ultimately, as it was my sit it was at my discretion. I wouldn't call your previous ban "random" given it was for Mass RDM, an offence not taken lightly. The fact you had been banned for 2 weeks before this ban for Mass RDM and just came back and did something like this- I think that's a reflection on you not reading the rules. If you are a new player, I would highly suggest you read the server rules when you get unbanned and come back. Given all this, I think I handled the sit and the situation in a way that was appropriate and I felt the ban was warranted at that point.

What was your in-game name at the time? Nevermind, I found it. Unfortunately you can clearly see in my screenshot below that you were indeed propblocking spawn. Given that, I banned you accordingly for 2 weeks.

Hey Hulk, I'm not sure if you remember me but I was the Senior Moderator that took your sit before this one and I was also present for this sit, just watching in the background. Also this report does not directly involve me as I was not the one who banned you, I just wanna offer my perspective due to me being present- I pointed out in the sit that Xuloo's raid had taken 15 minutes (including transportation of the printers) so I told him raid's can only last 10 minutes and I also pointed out that you do not need to advert /steal to take printers if you are raiding (which you thought was the case before). You admitted in the sit and in this appeal that you came back multiple times because you were trying to tell Xuloo that you thought he needed to advert /steal to take your printers, even while raiding. Despite your reasoning for breaking it, you still did commit Mass NLR and ultimately it's up to Shizzle if he wanted to ban you or opt for another punishment.

-1 Let me start off by saying Toddd that I believe people can absolutely change and I think you can too. I have nothing against you, in-fact I've had about only 4-5 interactions with you. As for the reason I am giving you a -1 right now, we had a sit 2 days ago in which you showed you're still a bit unfit for staff in my opinion at least. You complained about another staff member who adverted raid on top of your raid just to kill you, then they called over. You were visibly frustrated when I brought you and explained it. I can understand why it might be scummy, but as a would be staff member, I would expect you to keep your cool. In addition, you started a mini-argument with him in ooc about it which is something you should definitely not do if you want to be a staff member.

Neutral Application is pretty basic, 2 bans on record, haven't had any interactions with you though.
