Also was staff on SWRP summer of 2020 Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I should be chosen for this position over other applicants for a few main reasons. First I have prior officer and leadership experience on MRP and SWRP. I was a CPT in the 91st under the leadership of both Oatlife and Ranger. Both of these commanders trusted me and knew that I was capable. I ran several tryouts and assisted new members in the 91st when they needed assistance. I would frequently suggest additions and changes to my commander that would benefit not only our battalion but the server as a whole. As commander I will have this same attitude and continue my hard work to make sure GG is one of the best servers to be on. The Second reason I should be chosen is that I am prepared for this position. I will take my experience as an officer and use it as a foundation for my leadership position. I have already created a roster document and have almost finished initial tryout documents. I will constantly update these documents with feedback I obtain from my fellow battalion members. I feel that the time I have spent performing these past and present duties has readied me for this commander position. The third reason I should be chosen for this position is that I want to improve the 327th's reputation in the community. Back when the server was open quite a few people viewed the 327th as the ‘minge’ faction. This was due to the behavior of certain members of the faction. I will reform the faction and not tolerate this kind of behavior. I will not be overly strict, but I will punish those who act out and constantly minge. I hope through these efforts the community will finally give the 327th the respect it deserves. The last reason I should be selected for this role is that I understand the personality and character of commander Bly. Bly always cared about the men he commanded and saw them as actual people and not just soldiers. He had a very good relationship with his Jedi general Aayla Secura who trusted and respected him. When bly was ordered to execute order 66 he did so in a way that made sure Aayla would feel the least amount of pain as possible and have a quick death. I will use my knowledge of Bly’s character in roleplay aspects of the server. Thank you for your consideration of my application and I hope to make GG SWRP the best server it can be this time around. Banned on a SCPRP server due to a misunderstanding but successfully appealed the ban How would you use the role you are applying for? As stated previously I will use the role to improve the reputation of the 327th by making rule changes and adding additional aspects to the battalion. I will also mentor members of my battalion on how to lead and properly roleplay the battalion. I plan on making a guide of sorts on Bomb and bomb defusal RP in the near future as well. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: During the summer at least 4-6 hours a day if not more. This is a pretty good app, although the event descriptions are kinda short, that doesn't change the fact you directly ignored one of the requirements. Currently Phantom is waiving the 500 hours and making 120 hours. You only have 18 hours, way below the adjusted time requirement. -1, you have potential, but you need to play more and interact with the community so we can get to know you. Do this and reapply and I think you would be great

+1, Mango is one of the nicest guys I've met on SWRP, very helpful too. He was CPT in 91st so he has some leadership experience. Also, think he has a really strong application. Not sure if T mods can refer but if so add me to referrals

Someone might ask me “well Dobby why don't you play on bigger SWRP servers?” To that I say that Garnet Gaming has something far more valuable than peak player numbers, reputation. I am always trying to improve my abilities and improve as a person. Ok first of all, you didn't even put periods in this post, making the whole thing a run on sentence. Second, I have a Ryzen 3700X build with Windows 10 pro and TS3 works fine on my PC. Third, TS3 is still regularly updated, idk where you got the no updates idea from. Other than that not much to say besides what others have already said.
