Why should we choose you over other applicants? I have made an influx of staff applications, So if the keep getting denied why would I make a good fit? I think I have multiple reasons to fit the part. One reason is the support for me and my growth, A second reason is my hard working attitude, lastly are my skills I bring to the table. These combined would make a great staff, I am going to one up that and give reasons why I would be an amazing staff. What do I mean by my support. What I mean by this is the people who have recognized the mistakes I have made in the past and forgive me for it. They are the people who know I have been working hard to achieve my goal of becoming staff. They are the ones who instead of holding me back help my correct myself and bring me forward. Over the past month or 2 I have amassed a pretty good group who are with me and will help me through tough times and life's rocky roads. You know what group you are, you guys rock. If you are not in my group of people, then by all means -1 I will show you why I deserve a +!. All of the work I have put into this will all be worth it in the end. I hope you will consider recognizing I have changed and help me out. What is a hard working attitude? I think that a hard working attitude is being able to overcome any obstacle life throws at you. I think that I have reached a hard working attitude. I don't ever give up (as you can see as I have made another application). I don't let 1 mistake keep me down, no matter how long it takes I will never succumb to life's curve balls. I bring all of this into my sits, and overall character. I won't give up on a sit until the right outcome is served. I am perseverant and understanding. What skills am I "bring to the table"? I think I have a lot. I am, like I said, hard working. I always keep my cool and never blow the lid, In or out of staff. I always listen to both sides and make sure to analyze and collect sufficient proof. I keep in mind what both sides want, Including reportee's punishment requests. I am loyal to the server as to be on every week. I am always appreciative of work put into this server and how it doesn't stay dead like some other servers with updates almost every month, sometimes even every other week. I do all sorts of giveaways to bring joy to the server. I think all of these make me an exceptional garnet gamer and staff in the future. I appreciate any feedback, even the negative ones.
