Well according to the screenshotts of the docs, SOCM is equivalent to the Navy rank of Master Chief Petty Officer, E9. There is still a rank above this in enlisted which would Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, which would be the equivalent to SMA or SMMC. SOCM, or in common rank terms MCPO, would be equivalent to Sergeant Major. I'm staying neutral in this whole debacle, but would like to point out this as it seems necessary to the main point.

+1 Love the idea; however, would the attachments from 7 and up work? Cause currently guns like the LR have an attachment on 7 and you can't equip it, unless there's a way to fic this with console the extra slots are useless.

Just a question to clarify, does the rebirth totem work like the MRP rebirth token to prestige the player?

RU does have one, but they've had it, integrating the officers into one faction would be a mess. The generals would become flooded. Seems to make more problems than solve them.

How would this work with Officers in 1MD? Would they transfer over to 11B? 11B has a pretty full Officer roster, this would create a flooded faction it would seem. If 1MD gets removed then would you want to add in say a Navy tryout faction, then have SEALs above them, just like 1MD and MARSOC is now without the tryout for 1MD?

He got banned for enforcing his claim on a specific point? There isn't a written rule stating that you must wait a specified amount of time in order to KOS on your claim. This is completely unfair to ban for NITRP, which isn't a relevant ban if it was supposedly massing on a claimed area. To keep this ban would create the precedent that staff can enforce rules that aren't written in the server rules. This would created such a shift in admin powers, to allow them to decide on sits to their own rules and their imagination would facilitate such an unfair dynamic of power within the staff team. To top that off, to my knowledge he had only killed two people, so the maximum punishment he would get should be RDM x2 and a 10 minute sit. I would like to understand why the ban was put in as NITRP for killing two people on his own claim when it isn't a specified rule. Either get Garnet to edit the rules, or don't allow staff to decide on sits with rules they create from their mind that don't follow the server rules. This ban cannot stay in place because he was banned for a rule that doesn't exist.

Glad to see the feedback and the amount of replies, love the moments brought up as well. There's only a few days left, I will be choosing a winner on the 7th of January, and notifying them when it happens. Good luck to everyone! I will be gone this weekend so I will not be able to tell anyone in game so if anyone wants to let others know, maybe the newer players specifically that would be much appreciated. Hello fellow Garnet Gamers, it is I, the Guardian main himself. I felt like I needed to do something to give back to the community, and to hopefully raise my rep out of the negatives, this holiday season. The giveaway is open once this threat is created. I was hesistant to make a comment on this app since I know Jer well and I don't want to be bias about a staff app, but after thinking it over I've decided to +1 this application. This has to be one of the most active players on the US maybe the whole server. He is constantly on the server, or in TS. He has staff experience from DarkRP so he knows how to staff for this community already. Definitely a top candidate for the staff team for sure. Good luck my guy, you will be a great addition to the team!

-1 Although you may have the minimum time needed, it's not enough time to know the server and its community to become a staff member that knows how to handle sits effectively. You also say you have no access to a mic, TeamSpeak, or a recording software, these three are important in becoming staff in case of an appeal or just for handling sits easier. Maybe play for a little longer, try to make yourself known to others and retry, as of now it's not looking to promising. I hope to see you in game!
