You had ropes covering the entire spawn tunnel literally 15 minutes before you were banned. I kicked you from the server with the reason: next time you use ropes will be a ban. I guess you didn't take that seriously, and made a dumb structure on a roof with really thick ropes. Using adv dupe to spawn things that are disabled on the server is exploiting. Is enforcement of this^ loosely applied on the server? yes. however you were specifically told the next time you did it would be a ban, and you did it anyways.

CityRP is here to stay! @Nutter and I have decided to keep CityRP open for the foreseeable future, at least well into 2023, regardless of the population/donations the server achieves. We want to cast away any doubts players have and give people confidence that their time spent on the server will not be wasted due to a shutdown. Big thank you to those that have played CityRP during its trial reopening. That being said we would like to see more players supporting CityRP, because when it has good population it really is a ton of fun. While we will keep CityRP online regardless of population, updates to the server will be done on a frequency that directly correlates to the population. You were banned by console, which means the ban evasion was automatically detected.. Here is your previous appeal which shares the same SteamID. It's weird how your other appeal has you admitting to cheats but this one doesn't though.

Linking someone's stream in ooc, even if they are playing our servers, is considered advertising.

Denied Player access to placing hits is a non-issue. There are multiple payphones around the map for players to access the hits menu, in addition to the /placehit command which works globally. This would overall be an unnecessary addition to the server, and would ultimately be a waste of time to implement. If you are a bored hitman, you're free to introduce players to your services and the /placehit command via /advert on occasion.

Hi charles, you werent initially banned from DarkRP, youre were banned from cityRP permanently for posting a gore link using a url shortener in advert chat. but thank you for reminding me to permaban you from the darkrp server as well. Denied We have no plans to add any plugins like this for administrators. This tool would be a massive invasion of privacy to our users. Also the screen grabber in this plugin would not catch the overwhelming majority of ESP cheats. We have other ways of finding exploits and profiling the server. If you suspect someone of cheating, make a report or PM an administrator.

if you need admin help but you aren't reporting someone, report yourself, not someone random. Serves the same purpose as you are desiring.
