[minimum 2 paragraphs] I plan on benefiting the server by being a fair and reliable staff member who prioritizes roleplay quality and community enjoyment. I plan on bringing my experience, consistency and a strong understanding of how the community operates. Having previous experience staffing this server allows me to step in and be effective. I aim to maintain a fair and immersive roleplay environment by enforcing rules professionally, while also educate players when issues arise. This is a passion project for me, I would like to see this server make a comeback and be even better than before. I want to contribute to a friendly and welcoming environment, improve roleplay quality and help the serve remain organized. In my last application (years ago) I was very set on player retention and how I would strive to maintain a consistent player base that would want to keep coming back. I still believe in that and with all my experience and time in this community as a player and as a staff member I will achieve that. In the real world I work in product management (PM), we use Trello a lot. I have experience and time in tracking projects, roadmaps and development cycles. With that I can be a huge help on starting up this server back up by creating timelines and roadmaps. With my PM experience it lets me combine my enjoyment and passion for this server with my desire to understand strategy and problem solving. I will be active and approachable, supporting fellow staff and the player base through moderation, event assistance and a overall community involvement. I will be here for the long run, so there shouldn't be any concerns for disappearing or inactivity. Also, I work great in a team setting, I'm always open to criticism and will normally give out suggestions and or solutions. Why don't you guys try to get the tan and black PMC models. GB used to have those awhile ago. They also look pretty cool

+1 This is a great idea, it would really change the medic system and have more players actually playing the medic role during war. It could really change the tempo of wars. I also just have one concern, will players spawning on top of each other become a issue?

OK. so there is many ways to fail RP. 1. Do not act mingey. Do not B hop during war. Do things that would actually happen in IRL ( In Real Life ). Listen to your officers or whoever is your high ranking leaders if your in a faction or not. Follow the ROE ( Rules of Engagement ). If u don't know what they are. Do not shoot at anyone unless it is in a war, raid, authorized kidnap scenario, or claimed area. Never fire on a teammate unless it is simulations or enforcing a claim. Or if u see a enemy with an explosive in their hand even if its not war. If u follow these rules u wont have to worry about Fail RP. Also if u have any type of grenades or explosives. Do not damage yourself . That is FailRP.
