Again, you're acting like this guy left for years, when he was only gone for two. A community doesn't change that fast to the point where he needs time to relearn the server, especially a DarkRP server. Is it such a sin that this EXPERIENCED member on the server wants to help out the server once again? You're acting like it's going to be the end of the world if he gets staff this quick. It's not like he's a completely new player to the community. At the absolute WORST he would need a quick retraining session. I assume he'll be starting from Trial-Mod once again, he's not going to get his original rank back.

A lot of officers within the base factions like to be on the job while doing drills and whatnot/play on the job in general (I know Army specifically likes to do this), so it's nice to be able to have multiple slots during high population times. This change doesn't really harm anyone or anything, as base factions aren't even allowed to spawn in vehicles so I don't see why it shouldn't just be changed to the way it was prior to the vehicle update. Wouldn't this change make it easier on the staff members as well? As they wouldn't be needed for something as trivial as just getting one whitelisted, and sometimes it takes forever to an admin to respond (Especially during high population times). It would be easier for everyone if the person holding the tryout could whitelist rather than having to get a staff member to come. I literally see no cons to this if it were accepted, it would just allow more people to get on the job at a time. Hard to take the "Constructive Criticism" in this thread When all the criticism you're getting is next to useless. Seriously, the guy didn't even leave for that long and has a lot of experience staffing within this community, but people are acting as he left for over a year lmao. Also, with that specific quote you did against him, the guy was being extremely toxic, there's a difference between insulting someone and giving constructive criticism.

I don't understand why some people say "You need to meet the new staff" as that makes completely no sense to me, but oh well. Description: I am suggesting that the maximum slots for the base faction officer jobs be raised to at least 3-4 instead of just only allowing one person to be on the job at a time like how it is currently. This is because when there is a lot of people on for these base factions it becomes increasingly difficult for us to function as a faction. I know this is a small suggestion, but it still would help out the respective base factions significantly. I believe they were limited when the new vehicle system came out, but base factions cannot spawn in vehicles in the first place as of now so limiting the jobs doesn't do anyone good. SOC factions typically will not have this problem as they have smaller numbers (Obviously), but because we are the base factions there is a lot of people on typically, so having more than one officer be able to be on the job at a time will surely benefit the server. Reasoning: I stated this earlier on the description segment of this suggestion, but it will benefit the base factions, and therefore the server, in many ways. Having the ability to have more than one officer be on the officer job is very crucial while the faction is highly populated. I mean technically if you do solicit pornography on the server/play explicit videos in cinema it will get you banned permanently. So technically this ban appeal is invalid, but personally, I think the ban time is a little extreme. But as things stand I doubt your ban time will get reduced let alone appealed completely. Unless an admin is generous enough to give you a second chance, but we'll see.

This guy is an "owner" yet he does stuff like this? I wanted to say something about it on IPL4YG4MES's ban appeal but he locked it immediately as he replied lol. Even if the server is going to restart, IMO he shouldn't be doing stuff like this. Hell, I haven't even heard of the dude until he made those ban appeals, apparently, he's Evity's brother or something? I guess that explains how he got the rank, but I definitely think this dude is susp, especially if he just IP bans you on the forums as he did. I feel like @Garnet needs to take a look at this situation, as it involves an apparently very high-ranking staff member.

I'm having mixed feelings about the stamina bar personally, I feel like the time it takes to fully regain stamina takes way too long. Also, I'd prefer if running wouldn't affect the stamina bar, in fact I'm 90% sure that's what people wanted for the stamina bar, a lot of people only wanted the stamina for the jumping aspect. A good step forward, but the way it is now the cons heavily outway the pros of this stamina bar, I think it needs to be reworked to what I said above.

I mean one way this could be solved is to get you and your brother and talk to someone on TeamSpeak and confirm that your story is true lol, that is if some staff member wants to go through the trouble and do this. If this story is actually true then you should have no problem trying to get your brother out of this situation he cucked you in, but if your story is false then your completely fucked and will stay banned. Personally, I believe your story is 100% complete bullshit but I feel like this is the best way to try and get yourself unbanned. Idk could be a stupid idea from me, just throwing some ideas out there.

Can you prove that? Because right now the evidence is stacked pretty heavily against you right now, if you can't prove you were not hacking then I doubt you'll be able to get unbanned.

Wait so he never unbanned you after you explained you were Stark? If he still believed you were hacking on that Alt wouldn't he have banned your main as well? This whole situation is kind of weird, but from what I see on the video it doesn't look too suspicious. It didn't look like you were automatically locking onto anyone or anything so I'll plus one this. I hate the spectate system though because It's really hard to tell if someone is actually hacking or if it's just buggy. The only one that looks mildly suspicious besides the 1:40 (which was explained) is the clip at 7:00. Even still, I don't think this is concrete proof to ban someone in my opinion. I'll +1 this because I highly doubt you would be the type of person to hack on Gmod, and everything you explained makes sense to me.

The first clip seems really suspicious to me personally, the dude is only an SNS and he flicked perfectly onto an experienced ranger and killed him with what only seems two be two bullets (So I'm assuming both were headshots). I mean is it possible that clip is legit? Yeah, but either this dude got really lucky to flick perfectly like that or he's hacking. What's weird though is that the flick was a smooth transition is what it looks like to me, it wasn't like an automatic lock on like what I've seen most happen whenever someone cheats. I'm not really an expert on gmod hacks though so I'm not too sure personally, just thought I'd give my opinion.

I just assumed they never had any weapons since it was never mentioned in the original update and how he worded it confused me I guess, oh well. As long as it's fair/balanced with both sides I don't really mind.
