Hm, interesting they banned you for 20 days as I never heard of someone being banned for that long for those specific offenses, but this is DarkRP so I'm not too sure if they do this or not for this offense. The proof seems to be pretty evident as well if the pictures were taken before you warranted them. Guess you'll have to see what the staff member says that banned you. Good luck on your appeal.

Yeah, I agree with the point you made with Army. I believe the current officers do need to be "Re-trained" on how to be a competent officer, but I don't think anyone should be demoted. Army has been long struggling with having no officers for probably 6ish months now, so I'm happy to see that they are starting to get those numbers up, even if they as of right now aren't the best leaders. I think Chris just needs to focus and improve the ones who are lacking, and hopefully it starts to shape up better. I mean, for army you could be enacting roleplay with the enlisted, rather than just sitting around and doing nothing, you know? Obviously, it's fine to do that some of the time but if that's all you do then there's a problem. You could be doing PT, Sims, Raids, tryouts or even just teach the newer enlisted how to run OC. The more you do that kind of stuff the better it will improve Army, I believe. If you are doing this stuff then that's good, keep trying to improve the faction. But if you aren't, then I highly suggest that you start doing this stuff more.

This is looking like a case where a high executive staff needs to clarify the rules, because there is somewhat of a contradictory statement in the rules itself I believe. The raid rules state "All targets in the enemy base is fair game during a raid, including those in buildings. The only thing not allowed is the intentional spawn camp of the enemy, such as setting a bipod on Cafe Baltic window and gunning Vega members down as they spawn." But the rules also state later on "Defenders may not actively participate in the raid if they are not within a reasonable distance of their base during a raid. Example: Don't shoot RU attacking US base while you are in Outpost." So maybe I'm looking at this in the wrong way, but wouldn't this mean that people outside of the base (within a reasonable distance) are able to defend the base but the attackers couldn't kill them since technically they are outside of the base? If so, then the rules need to be changed so either people outside of the base cannot defend the base and attackers cannot kill them while they are outside OR it's free game if you are close/near the FOB. Kind of sucks either way for US because OC is so close to their base, so it causes some huge inconveniences for them if it's fair game, especially when they had the area claimed before hand.

Still kind of a "pre-emptive" ban in my opinion, all he said is he was going to do it (as a joke). He never actually committed the offense to the point where the ban was needed. In order to actually get banned one usually actually needs to commit the offense first, not the other way around. If he was banned for threatening to chargeback then I would understand, but it seems like he was actually just banned for charging back even though he never actually did. Plus 10 years is WAY too long if they just banned him for "threatening" to chargeback. +1 to his unban, completely unjust ban in my opinion.

+1 to its ultimate removal. Honestly third person if used the "legit" way is completely useless in general from what I've seen. I've only been on the server once since the update so I might be wrong but when I've used it, it didn't really serve any purpose. Plus, now that it can be used to get an unfair advantage I think it should just be removed in general. Why don't I think it should be reverted? Well, I think it's more fun to PVP against people using first-person mode only, it makes everything a lot more challenging to do and it feels more "Fair" in general. Again, I haven't been able to play much at all recently but from I've played I think it's better just having first person only, rather than having third person as well.
