I plan on benefiting the server by using my previous experience as staff to help assist the player base of MilitaryRP in all the ways possible. I can be on a lot of hours of the day which will help me assist the needs of the players on the server by helping them with questions about the rules, dealing with their sits, and overall promoting an enjoyable environment to play in. I have been very busy with wrestling and to compete I need to maintain a good GPA. When the season officially starts in November I will be training 6 days a week which means I won't have the time to really play video games. With my schedule now, I barely have the time to play anyway. I have been apart of Garnet Gaming for around 7 months and it was a fun time. I had a lot of good memories and learned a lot through the other members of the community. I am stepping down from my position on the staff team. If I could get Vega reserves that would be much appreciated, but if not that's okay. Thanks to everyone for an amazing time and if I get the chance I will pop in every once in a while. Although you have a lot of playtime, you just came back and no one (new) has really had the chance to get to know you, including me. With that being said I am going to have to -1 this.

I see you on the server often, but I don't know anything about you. It seems like you haven't put yourself out there that much to allow others to learn about you except for the people in 1MD/MARSOC. Like Nightmare said you are mostly quiet, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it can restrict you from interactions with others. I can't confidently entrust you with the duties of staff because of the lack of knowledge I have on you. I am going to have to -1 this.

Referrals are given by staff members and they have to let you know that they are giving you their referral. If no staff member gave you one then you need to leave the referral section empty.
