AFSOC CDR Orca was online like 5 times in the past 2 months, And when he was on he'd just play 30 mins and dip. That's not really "active" IMO @Tayler should be the leader of AFSOC. When he put that in his name he was GM, Event Director and AFSOC Commander. If I had any of those roles alone I wouldnt have done that. Yet he has all 3 of them and still did it

When they have 2 people and they know theres someone who has reserves they can easily ask him to get on the WL and help them.....

What if the faction holding the tryouts need 1 more person to hold tryouts, That means either A) They cancel tryouts or B) Get someone who is reserves to help them out and complete their numbers Not having reserves means you dont have the WLs How are you gonna sim without the wls? This isnt really something to rely on I went from T1 -> T2 -> T3 -> Army -> 2GA -> T2 There isnt a specific routine for players You join whatever faction you want with your own will and intentions

I didnt say that, I was calling out Homast for that I dont disagree with the Medical Reason thing, I disagree on how only IRL reasons are valid for getting reserves. If you have Medical issues then go ahead and get reserves But it shouldnt be Medical / IRL reasons ONLY to get reserves, there should be other reasons that are in-game related

I heavily agree with this. This is a MilitaryRP server, People dont "OWN" shit but they "LEAD" shit and those people who "LEAD" shit have opinions and feedback and you as gamemaster must take these feedbacks even if they were positive or negative

So youre saying that youre supposed to stay in ONE faction for your entire playtime? People need reserves for doing some stuff like helping in tryouts, doing events and etc etc

So if you love the faction you're in but you want reserves because you wanna move on and you wanna help in an in-direct way you can't get reserves but if you break your pinky finger you can have reserves??? That shoudlnt be how it works. Reserves should be given to only the best ones who were actually beneficial to the faction, Not just for medical issues
