*I'll contextualize my statement with this: I'm not currently active on DRP. You might think this makes my opinion invalid, but I have something to say so I'm gonna say it, take what I say as you will. I'm speaking purely off of my past experience on the server, my history as a manager, and based upon my interactions & conversations with Frank in the past & currently. From my experience, I'd summarize Frank as a kind and good kid who struggles to properly handle & resolve conflicts. When he gets tilted, he breaks the rules, yells, and doesn't think logically. During his last time as a staff member he broke over 7 rules in 5 days, leading to his demotion. After being demoted, Frank got reported once again and I took the sit. During the sit he was extremely disrespectful to me and the person who reported him. I was extremely disappointed by this, Frank and I had talked a couple of times before this and he seemed genuinely interested in repairing his rough reputation. I tried to give him some advice to avoid further issues, but obviously, that didn't work. Seeing him act that way after we had already spoken felt like a breach of trust & respect, and I resented him for that. I still hold resentment towards him from that exchange even as I write this now. Although I still feel that resentment, I can confidently say that Frank has changed. The degree of which can be argued sure, but it has certainly been for the better. His road up to this point is filled with potholes and failures, but you can't deny the tremendous amount of effort he has put in to repairing that road and restoring it. There are very few who are dedicated like Frank is, in my several years on this platform he's probably the one person who has put the most effort into trying to get on the staff team. It's solely because of that dedication that I'm willing to consider +1'ing this application. Although a part of me feels that he should be staff again, I still have numerous concerns over Frank returning to the staff team. He's recently created problems for himself with staff members like @WoolleyMonster. You betrayed his trust, like you did mine. Moderators are supposed to serve as role models on the server, demonstrating how to behave properly while making the most out of the rules and RP. All it takes is for you to get tilted in a sit and you might deter those involved from ever playing a GG server again. You've tried to stay out of trouble, but you seem to always find yourself back into it. All this to say, I do believe Frank should be re-instated to the staff team. He's more dedicated than anyone I've ever seen on this platform. He needs to continue working on himself, and he needs to stop fucking up. I'd recommend to the managers to keep him on a one strike basis and let this reinstatement be his last if he fucks it up one more time. If he ends up leaving the staff team on a bad note, then there should never be a chance of returning. Besides all my concerns, he'll probably end up doing a better job than VIP mods with one hour of playtime. Let him prove himself, give him one last shot. +1

-1 When you were demoted you went on a minge spree. Even in my own sits, while I was trying to talk to you, you started acting deranged child and minged during the entirety of the sits. Listen, I can't speak to your behavior as of late, it seems like you could have possibly improved upon your behavior and that may be true. But the #1 predictor of future behavior, is past behavior, and your past is nothing but toxicity and you being a minge. I'd highly recommend against installing Ba11ParkFrank back on as a staff member as it will inevitably lead to him being demoted once again for poor behavior. In every single application he puts out he mentions "how much I've changed," and every time after that he goes on to prove that very sentiment false. It would be a mistake to let him back on the staff team.

For those of you active on DarkRP, it's to you that I haven't been on DarkRP in a long time. I've simply put some other things first in my life and have prioritized basically everything over staffing. I've began working out regularly and I expect that my time in the gym is only going to increase over the next couple months. I've been focusing a lot on being a Dungeon master for my DND group and I want to put a lot more effort into my games. I also am starting my second semester of college soon so I'll have even less time for staffing. Suffice to say, there are just things in my life that I'd rather prioritize and succeed at then staffing on DarkRP. The main thing that I've been completely shocked & astonished at with the staff team this time around is how good the management team is. How the managers & Proggy have been running the server far exceeds what I was capable of as a manager and I think that is absolutely amazing. I've been playing DarkRP for nearly 4 years, and it's at this point specifically I believe the staff team is at it's best & most capable point. This leaves me to wonder, what will this community be like after 1 year? 2 years? 5? I'll definitely be back to check on the amazing progress of this great community. However, I don't ever see you ever deserving a staff rank again. There’s the video. Look, when I first made my post I didn’t realize you got staff again after your demotion, that makes things a bit different. If what you’re saying is true @royk01, I also wasn’t fully aware that the situation had been cleared up and it was just a demotion for rp’ing of duty. (Even though you’re still super sus in the video. You even check if he’s afk before taking money). Given that both of those things you say are true, then this instance from back in 2018 shouldn’t disqualify you from staff and I’d be willing to revoke my -1.

-1 Last time you were staff I was L.Admin at the time. You got demoted for taking money out of people's printers whilst staff on duty (I still have the video uploaded to YouTube if so interested). Probably should be something you mention in your application. As for your behavior / activity as of late, I haven't been active enough to comment on those things in particular. I'm -1'ing based off your poor history on the staff team and you not including that important detail as well. Edit: It seems that you got staff again after this occurrence back in July of 2018 when I was gone for awhile. Regardless, it's still hard for me to trust you.

This is literally the same for every single fucking staff member who resigns. It's a fucking cycle that I even fell into for awhile before I realized how cringe I was.

6/4/21-6/9/21 - Busy work week and I'm devoting a lot of the free-time that I do have to prepping a dnd campaign for my homies. 6/17/21-6/23/21 - Sister is visiting and I will be spending a lot of time with her. If I have a chance to during these times, I probably will hop on for a bit to staff. I will still be active on forums as well.

+1 Read Below, Great. Paragraphs look great and are well written. Everything in the paragraphs is relevant information, despite what others claim. Great. On your last application, I told you that you should get move involved with the community and get to know the staff team. It seems like you definitely improved on the things I was looking for and I'm glad I see that in this application. The only concerns I have with you is I overheard some comments from other staff members about how you were complaining about being denied after your last application. It seems like those who were involved are good with you now, and that's good with me. I feel confident to give you a shot at staffing.

-1, Read Below I haven't interacted with you in game at all. You don't have name recognizability to me. You aren't required to advert crossfire on this server. Adverting crossfire doesn't get you out of a RDM warn. Lmao what? The key to being a good staff member is not having a life? Damn you're really just roasting all of us out here. You have a great amount of hours but I've never interacted with you Your application is very weak and I have no real experience with you. I don't see you making reports, in RP scenarios, or even on the server. It's possible we play at different times but I'm pretty active and play at different points in the day. If this application is denied, I'd suggest getting more involved in the community and reporting rule breakers on the server before re-applying. Despite my criticisms, good luck going forward!
