    Just curious, is the EMB teleporter going to be the same as previous versions? Also, love the snow themed Echo, gonna look sick. Siberia was noted for great looks but semi poor war gameplay, Echo but with snow should have the best of both worlds. Last question, are the mountains blocked off so we can't climb them? that used to be an issue for the people getting basecamped or not being able to get on point.

    I will say, you are pretty active on Tali, and that's about all the good things I can come up with. I have seen you minge around the server and cause a bit of trouble, I have seen worse though. The whole application just screams "lazy" as you removed the "[minimum 2 paragraphs]" then proceeded to write one of the worst grammatical, bland, and rushed paragraph I've seen in a while. Also, lying on referrals isn't helping the application or your reputation at all. Didn't even take the time to grab the SteamID from the link given in the format. Overall this really should belong in shitpost central, if you're serious about applying for staff, I recommend fixing your reputation, writing a proper and large enough paragraph that follows the guidelines, and not lying on an application. Good luck with your app.

    This is a shitpost right? Now, Theos isn't a perfect manager, no one is. There will always be a manager that does things some people don't like. I will say sometimes he didn't ask staff for their opinion before making a decision. Other than that, he has really yet to do anything warranting a removal from his position. The clip provided calling someone a "retard" is a very weak piece of "evidence" within this report, sure being more respectful to people is nice, but this shows literally nothing. Moving on from Theos, personally me and others don't believe Smity is yet fit to become manager. Smity is doing well as his current position of being an Admin, however I have noticed he gets agitated over small/annoying things. Overall I don't understand why this is a post, I understand not agreeing with some of the decisions he makes, but creating a forum post with little to no evidence to back up such a large topic is simply immature. Good luck with the report, I HIGHLY doubt it's going anywhere though.

     

    Edit: After reading Wyatt's portion of text, I completely agree and had the same experience when it comes to having a formal and effective discussion about agree/disagreements when he brings up decisions he's going/has made. My personal experience from this was from the reserve change. For the most part we were formally discussing our own viewpoints on the matter. Not once we got into in argument, It all depends how you approach talking about something you dislike. Chances are, if you disrespectfully talk to him, he's going to do the same to you. If you would like to have a constructive discussion about matters, be respectful and not shit over everything he's done, that goes no where.

    MRP SOC Class Edits

    I mean I gave input and suggested some of 313's possible kits, so of course I'm gonna +1. Anyways, like Smity also said, this was very well thought out to the point where they asked all faction leaders to come up with ideas for their faction rather than just making a random weapon suggestion hoping people will like it. Going through all the classes, each equivalent faction has a similar firearm and equipment to balance classes for each side.  Overall this will make the roles of each faction stand out more and give players within each faction more choices in weaponry and equipment to utilize. Hope this suggestion gains traction and makes a difference.

    We appreciate all the work that can be done, I love the new look and layout of what is to become Taiga. My personal choice for a temp map would be Echo, it's forested, had a great layout with many different routes leading to bases and objectives. Plus if we were to have Chaharikar, Taiga would seem as just a "reskin" so most people wouldn't appreciate and see what new additions are in the map. I dunno, maybe I just like echo 🙂

    We used to have a log in bonus, not sure when/why it was removed lol. Would love to see it come back with the new crafting system.

    Might be far fetched, but what if every time you gain a tick in OBJ (or conquest) you get a 5% chance of a item drop. If you fully cap an objective you get a higher tier item somewhere around 75% of the time. This would encourage players to stay on cap to gain resources to craft with.

    Temporary buffing weapons/health/speed never really worked well in terms of balancing before, but using crafting to get certain attachments seems like a good Idea. 

    Another thing that might be possible which was mentioned before. Maybe have a barter NPC in both bases so you can buy/sell materials gained from either missions, war, or other means.

    Maybe GMs could spawn materials for a winning side of an event. This could have more involvement with events and have more ways of earning materials. 

    For my last thought, when we do get the crafting system mostly finished, maybe there could be a trading UI with other players. This could be with materials -> money or money -> materials.

    Works perfectly fine for me, also love this update. WAC was never used unless AAF/AFSOC was flying around for training or fun, could have been player pop but I felt like I have an increase of FPS compared to before. /Permaweapons works really well for me and so far the rest of GB, the only minor thing is that you have to reopen the menu if you want to turn on something you mistakenly turned off. SND has been a curse for over 2 years now lol.

    I almost never reply to GM apps due to lack of interest within the GM role, but Vac I have known pre/post ban to be a very good player in RP, combat, and common sense situations. Even more so with him being more mature than before. From what I seen the paragraphs were well built and had great event Ideas that could get most people involved on the server.  Good luck Vac!

    If you would have asked for my referral before posting the application I would have given it to you lol. Anyways, although he's in GB with me, I've noticed really good behavior, communication, working well as a team, and a overall great guy.

Like I said before, imo referrals don't really mean anything, I look at them like extra points, it's nice to have but not a requirement. The warn for basecamp if I remember right was when he just started playing, everybody has a learning experience rather its being told or taking a warn.

    The one thing I will say that can be improved on is not being known from all sides. I don't recall you having Tali whitelists prior to joining GB which wasn't long ago, but I mainly see you getting along well  with the people on US. If you do the same with AFG I'm sure I can cross this section out.

    Love this update, Conquest was really fun to test when released. I personally liked the new UI as it was, but minor changes would have made it even better (larger icons and lastinv), but it's sad to see people being ignorant and rude to Garnet without even testing it or giving it time. Every time someone says shit like that I cringe. Thanks for the update Garnet!

    I have seen you around on the server quite a bit, plenty of previous staff experience, and from my experience, a very competent player and probable Staff. Paragraphs are excellently written, I've had zero issues with you on a player level, and active in TeamSpeak. Overall I can't think of any situations where you would make a negative impact within the community or the staff team. Good Luck!

    As of right now, the main reasons I'm +1ing your application is due to playtime, previous staff experience, and knowing you would be a decent fit. My negatives are that I don't see you on often, the "paragraphs" aren't structured like an actual paragraph (more like bullet points), the paragraph also doesn't show anything new compared to other staff applications, plus the 2nd paragraph has almost nothing to do with Staff stuff, but rather GM activities which confuses me. I'll be honest, Referrals mean pretty much nothing to me other than bonus points. I was really debating giving a -1, If you can improve your paragraphs and activity it would be a 100% +1. Good Luck!

    Obviously I'm going to +1 his application because I allowed his referral. Anyways, he has proven to be a very generous player as I've never seen real issues with him. I will say the paragraphs could have been a bit beefier (if that's a word) and some spelling issues fixed. Overall sounds like a solid choice for staff and to build his own reputation within our community. Good Luck!

    I'll be honest I haven't talked to you that much but I have seen you around and you show no signs to reverting back to NITRP behavior. Been pretty chill in TS and in game, although kinda annoying in war when playing AFG 🙂. I believe you could easily make the staff team. Good Luck! 

    I'm not sure why you would apply for staff after ban evading Skrt, I thought you were smarter than that.

    I plan on benefiting the server by means of my past experiences as staff and being on this server for quite a long time. During my time on this server, I have only been subjected to punishment very few times. The times I have been punished it has either been appealed with lack of evidence or just plain not valid. I know all the rules within the MOTD and strive to bring unwritten rules out in the light to hopefully prevent others from being punished. In a case where someone violates the rules within the MRP MOTD, I will (to the best of my abilities) rightfully punish and teach them what they did wrong with the goal that they don't do it again.

    The last time I made an application about a year ago, my second paragraph talked about being more active within Discord and/or TeamSpeak which I believe to have accomplished. This time my goal within staff would be to keep the peace in any situation no matter the time, person, or incident. Previously, I don't believe I did that as well as I could have. Sometimes I join the server at random times, which could be early hours or (rarely) late hours, with this in mind, a lot of staff aren't on around those times and players are in need of assistance rather it’s TPs for sims or there is a player breaking other rules and would require a staff member to take care of them.

    Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details: Banned once but later appealed due to it being invalid. (refer to previous application for details on the ban)

    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Two previous times, once in mid-2017, another Feb 20th, 2021.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Anywhere from about 6PM-10PM EST. (could hop on earlier if needed)

    Also, appeals and apologies are different, to appeal in the first place you would have to prove that your ban was done falsely. You legit admitted to previously cheating.
