Ban Appeal
in Denied
Every time I ban or about to ban someone I take a screenshot of logs, its something I've been doing since being a T.Mod.
I looked through my screenshot files and game captures seen none with the name "Kennedy". Did this take place on Omega or the new map Delta V2?I did end up finding the screenshot, thought it was on Delta. Anyways, in the screenshot you see the first blast at 5:46:31, you then see a second blast at 5:46:35.

Just reading the singular paragraph and other questions is quite enough to -1. The grammar and spelling could have huge improvements. Like others have said before, you forgot to put playtime or check your warns and for some reason answered yes to the age verification (?).

I agree with majority of this, but I wouldn't make the JNG-90 a credit weapon since its part of some Vega loadout. Other than that, everything else I'd like to see.

I've known him since he was a high enlisted in Rangers (around late 2016), sure he was pretty toxic and pretty funny, but the document is what tipped him over the edge. With all the conversations I've had with him since he was banned, he's been no-where near as rude or toxic as he once was. I believe he has changed significantly since his ban, and worthy of a 2nd chance. Best of luck old friend.

Although your ban won't be entirely removed, it will be reduced to 2 days for Non Malicious Mass.
As Theos and Salmon said, you can't kill enemies unless your in a raid, sim, or if you witnessed a kidnap scenario (must call /advert Counter before firing)

I would love to +1, but as Shin_Tsukimi stated, you just came back from an LOA, while not much other than a map and 2 updates (and a few more enlisted) are new, I recommend getting used and back to the community for maybe a week or two before making an application, other than that, your app is decently structured. I would really only say the paragraphs should be buffed up, I kind of doubt you're gonna spend 10 hours a day, even 5 hours is a while to be on, but if you think you can manage that's up to you.

Like Broken said, I do believe you genuinely didn't know. Although, it most likely wouldn't be reduced from 2 week to a one day Acc.Mass, instead it would be 2 days for Non-Malicious Mass. As you said, don't kill the MRDMers, that's vigilantism. Staff members can and often get confused on who is the original person that massed and ends up banning anyone with 3+ kills within 5 mins (or 2 kills and damages another, Attempted Mass).

Just for now I'm going say neutral for the following reasons; I never really seen you in game, could be bad timing, unsure. Your app seems to be pretty well put together, the only thing that concerns me is the 3-4 hours a day. While it can be done, it would be difficult to balance staff/faction/other things within the time span. Anyways, Good Luck!
Edit: I guess I failed to look at or mention the length of time you were staff on the other servers. 4 months for being staff isn't too long, or at least for this community. If you are still planning on becoming staff make sure you have the time and dedication for it. -

A confident and capable person I would believe to become staff. The only issue I see is activity, as I haven't seen you on in a day or two. Your attitude and judgement is very respectable for the 174 hours of playtime. I believe you would be a great pick for staff, Good Luck!

Now for the RDMs, I just came back from being AFK and seen you and bootleg killing each other, I checked logs and seen the amount of kills from the involved partys. I banned you and Bootleg, now looking at the screenshot again I should have also got Ford Bronco, but through him I tired helping you to the reports/appeal section.
Now, hearing your side would make me willing to knock it down to Non-Malicious mass (2 Days), but I have a question on why you were killing your friend also, and I heard "we should probably stop" when I spawned in. I don't have any clips of that, was just paraphrasing.

Good competent player, only thing to work on would be behavior. His behavior isn't that bad, just something that can be improved. Paragraphs are good other than a few grammar mistakes. ngl thought you were joking on making an application lol, Good Luck anyways!

I have yet to see you in game, never had any interactions with you. The application looks like little to no effort was put into it due to not following the requirements and poor grammar. Make yourself known/get on more and revise your application and you might get a +1 from me. Good Luck!

Consensual/late-night RDM is still RDM. We understand late nights can be boring, but MassRDM bans can still be issued at any time. Also, last time I looked at the dueling menu there were no options for AR-15s.
