-1 From what I am hearing throughout this report, people mention that you don't think you are ready, so I just suggest maybe shaping up. Becoming a positive community member. Then maybe reapplying for staff if you want after a good amount of time has passed to get your Mod ranking on TS back. Hopefully by that time, you showed improvement from what you used to be and not, Obviously, staffing teams don't want someone to be showing their power off and saying that they will ban them because you can or some brainless reasoning. Something also prevalent is that you popped in the MRP Staff Meeting without permission or anything, this act can show you as being nosy and can also demonstrate a non-obedience sense and may show you not listening to simple orders.

-1 Doesn't have required hours. Also try making yourself more known in the server for both US and RU.

-1 I really don't think that reasoning is very valid since being appealed just because you want to have good rep. doesn't boost a reason why you should be unbanned. It can show that you like being in this community, but it doesn't defend yourself from locking onto a recruit's head. It's great and all for loving the community but think of something to reason that you didn't lock onto his head. Also it's weird how you just perfectly snapped, then move your mouse to follow the head. Like what SliverReaper said, "RIP STRANGE." Sorry bucko.

In Game Name: Apollo Orgin of Name (Why You Chose it): I read a book with Apollo in it and Apollo is fire, probably not like me though. How Long You've Been on GG (Put the Date You Join If Known): Late May of 2018 Favorite Faction You've Been In: The Russian Frogmen or PDSS. I watched this faction grow from when Tora took leadership. It was quite amazing seeing from then and what we have now. We are all family to one another and it's amazing. Love all the frogmen. Favortite Memory on the Server: When Tora, Fupert, and I had war machine training (War Machine Subject 001, codenamed Grace.) or literally anytime I do well in war, like when I hit a chain-snipe with the mosin on three guy. And maybe something related to the letter C. Also playing on the Green Beret Medic class then healing the Vega and Frogmen that were basecamping us really hard, then getting removed from Green Beret shortly after. We still won that war too but some people were angry lmao.

+1 I had many encounters with Kirb. He is one of the most mature leader I know on GG. He is always an unbiased person looking for both sides of an argument and will side with the person that's correct. He is always been a nice, sensible person. I can see him being very useful in the Staff Team. Hope you lots of luck on getting in the staff roster bud.

+1 I've had many encounters with Charlie. He seems fun, will always follows the rules strictly and knows the DRP rules very well. From personal experience, when I played DRP with him, he will always pester me about following the rules and will not allow me break any which can demonstrate that he won't break any rules, etc. for personal gain. I can see him lowering the number of rule breakers on DRP and boosting morale in the DRP community for Garnet Gaming. Looking at his playtime, he looks like a longtime veteran too so having him can bring back older players and such alike. He seems like an amazing canadiate for the staffing position. Good luck and I hope you become a staff member! You are drunk, you aren't thinking right.
