He grabs me with the physgun and drags me all the way to my base, I go inside and he resolves the sit. Within 10 seconds of me killing AJ, he somehow was already outside the door (possible noclip but no evidence, but you will see in the video he mist have moved unrealistically fast or exploited). I was then shot from the left with a DB, and the only person to my left with a DB was AJ. I was then taken to a sit for RDM because I killed AJ, despite the fact that he shot me with his DB after noclipping across the map and breaking NLR. I killed AJ at the 20 second mark in the video, and LITERALLY 10 seconds later he was standing in the street across from me. edit: for clarification, Goldenage (STEAM_0:1:181518701) was the only other person in the street at the time who could have shot me, and he is a level 2 thief with 56 minutes gameplay at the time of writing this. @GameClicher was the S.Admin who handled the sit. https://streamable.com/hb17ca

I was banned before I could even talk to the staff member.Why should your ban be removed?: It's clearly a false ban, I adverted raid and was banned for mass rdm before the staff even considered looking at adverts or advert logs. In the video you can see I checked in chat for my advert, and it is there.

I'll beef them up sure, but I'm confused why you say do not brag about reporting people. I included that so you can correlate it to the fact that I get genuine enjoyment out of being a staff member and ensuring the rules are followed by everyone. If I want to be chosen over others, isn't the point to brag? I know all of this, and I never intended for that to be assumed. I was including this information to further prove the fact that I am willing and dedicated to handling sits and enforcing the rules. I am so sorry for giving you the implication that I want to wield staff power as a personal weapon, it is not what I wanted. I am simply stating why I should be chosen over other staff members. I was banned in 2017 for becoming really toxic. I wasn't aware that I was even un-banned because I didn't play this server anymore because of that fact. I joined back early 2020 and have learned from the mistakes i made 3 years ago.

I have no life because i live in quarantine, and I spend a lot of time on this game. I have a very fast computer that can open videos sent through the game with ease, and I held a time of 2 minutes or less per sit. I consider myself well versed in the 'way of the staff' and I am extremely proficient in handling every kind of sit. I thought, since I play this game I might as well be the staff member that can handle it right there at that moment (I am not speaking of infractions against me, but to other players while I am staff on duty). I get enjoyment out of handling a sit and making sure the issue is handled properly, quickly, and efficiently. Anyone that has handled a sit made by me, they knows I have proof with every engagement I have whether it be screenshots or a shadowplay. I have previous experience as a manager in this dark rp server, and I think I should be accepted because of my past experience on this server. I have years of experience and knowledge of this exact server, it's rules, and it's procedures. I catch myself helping players in OOC and IC many times a day with almost everything, from getting out of third person to knowing what NLR means. I find teaching those people ignorant to the rules to be enjoyable, and I like to help players who don't like to read the rules by reporting them. I spend a lot of time in this server all throughout the day, and I help any player who asks for it. I should be staff because actually being able to help those players in need would genuinely bring me joy. I was banned, then i ended up getting doxxed on the forum by said people. It's a whisper in the wind as the entire community is different, and so is myself. Arguing will get neither of us anywhere. This is a report on you based on the evidence provided in the OP.

This is why I made the report, nothing else. If you are unable to contain your anger, and your anger leads you to do things that you are not allowed to do as staff; then you shouldn't be given the power if you are unable to handle it responsibility. Like I said, your training was probably lackluster given you are unaware of the rules that you should be enforcing. Paired with your seemingly uncontrollable anger and disregard for staff procedures, you should either be re-trained or removed from staff permissions. Given this is my opinion I don't expect it, but it's what should be done.

He proceeded to TP to me off duty and attempt to handle his own sit. After I informed him that he was indeed killed legally, he proceeded to argue with me in OOC. Given the staff member's amount of hours (750+) and level (55) he should know the rules of the game and the rules of being a staff member. You are unaware of what I do or don't know about the situation, so there's no need to get an attitude. I'd love to take your word that he is known to "constantly be minging", but based on the information given in this thread with evidence (the only information that actually matters), his only offense was FailRP. Making your base un-raidable and making someone else's base un-defendable are two completely different offenses. I understand your cause for correlation because they both use the stacker, but other than that they are two completely different situations. I fully understand your opinion on the matter, but the players in this situation were using it strategically. They were fully aware of that they were doing, and they did it anyways. I don't want to continue on this tangent because while the situation in the OP is used as a reference to the suggestion, it is not the entire suggestion. It all boils down to the offender's intentions, did they know what they were doing? In this situation the player knew very well their intentions. In your situation you were probably unaware. When you compare your situation to the one in the OP it is confusing because anyone can see that they are two different sitauations.

To add to your post in reference to the video posted by OP, these players were placing the props strategically, and using the stacker tool to place the props at such an angle to block the base members from defending. These players knew what they were doing. In the situation shown by OP and based on my reply in this post to @Endemic_Zed im surprised you haven't been convinced yet. If you were in a situation where someone was using props strategically to hinder your ability to defend your base, would you want them banned, or would you say "nah, they're probably new, you don't need to ban them." Personally, banning them seems to be the best option, they have no intent to follow the rules given to them at the very beginning of their connection to the server.

This is true, which is why the "new players don't understand" argument is invalid, but that's just my personal opinion.

I can understand your point, but you can throw that into any sit and they get off the hook. "I didn't know I wasn't allowed to [propblock / rdm / rda / media micspam / etc.]" the MOTD pops up with the rules instantly when you join the server, using the ignorance card in a sit is just foolish.
