I agree with what @Bortnik said. Your attitude has definitely improved and you're a great staff member, but I'm not sure you're quite ready to be a GM yet. You have a bit of a tendency to rely on your own intuition, even if it doesn't match with the event. A huge part of being a GM and making good events is cause and effect, and this is something you struggle a bit with. If you remember, I ran a zombie event a few weeks ago, where the CIS scientist had escaped with a vial. Without prompt, you searched the ship and "found the vial". While it's great that you're thinking things through and not overlooking deatils, the story of the event has to dictate what players find. During that event I asked you to false that because the next phase of the event relied on the event character still having that same vial that you "found". If for the next few events I can see you think more like a GM and less like a player, I'd give you a +1, but I want to see you put yourself in that mindset first. Other than that, you're great about being active and you have a really strong application.
