Im not so sure myself. I haven't spoken a single word to garnet all my time here in the community. I would love to get to talk to him, but every time I try to reach out to him I never get a response. I understand that you don't feel comfortable bringing me onto the team, ill try to get all of that cleaned up before I apply again

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I think I should be accepted to the DarkRP staff team because I know how to help the server. I have been around Garnet Gaming and the community for a little bit over 4 years now. I know how most everything functions and I want to help keep everything in order. I saw that a few members have resigned on the forums recently and I wanted to offer my help the the DarkRP staff team. Sometimes whenever I am on, the moderators are overrun with tickets. I know how to take a sit and be completely unbiased. I know how to interpret the rules and understand the consequences that go along with them. I agree that most of the rules and they are their to protect the players. I came back to the server 3 months ago and I play on darkrp almost everyday. I have only gotten 2 warns in the last 3 months. I enjoy the community, it isnt that toxic and most people play the server to have fun. I really enjoy the server and I want to see it succeed. I have made a lot of friends here on the staff team and they are they are the backbone of the server. They make sure everything is working and that the server doesn't descend into complete chaos. These people are the ones that make me want to not only do better for myself, but the server too. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? The post saying that all homophobic/racist comments aren't allowed isn't pinned on the forums. He may not have know about this and I think it is best to follow the punishment guidelines. Even if it was his second offense like acer said, it should've been a warn and a chat mute. +1 for the unban. The punishment guideline is there for a reason, and it is meant to be followed EDIT: exile's forum account was created July 10th. The rule overhaul was created in may. How would he have known about this if he didnt even have a forum account? The only rules that talks about homophobia is under the section "chat rules". As the video shows, this is an in character moment

Maybe this should just ne a suggestion to enforce the rule and the punishment. If this is already a rule, it is not enforced

If users have more than 1 comment on a staff application, the user should have their comment removed and a warning point issued. Currently what is going on with Frank's Application is a few users adding irrelevant information to the conversation. -1, I just don't think you have changed. I also think not enough time has passed since the last time you were denied. if you are on you are always printer farming/afk/not interacting with the community and haven't shown anyone true change

Yeah. I've seen multiple people +1 ban appeals for cheaters. I've also seen the same people -1 someone because they were slightly annoying. I am not talking about my situation here In my situation, I think that I was a little toxic and I did deserve to be punished for that, I do think that I have learned and grown over the time. I just don't understand how some people said that I am worse than a cheater. A cheater is someone that has an extremely unfair advantage and ruins the server experience as a whole. The old super admin sold cheats and it had 0 repercussions for doing so. If you are permanently banned it is 100% server politics on whether or not you are allowed to come back. Even if you are in the right or the wrong, if you are friends with the right people your ban isn't permanent

(include any proof): After the ban wipe, I returned to the server to give it another go. I was very reckless and accumulated warns very quickly. By the time I decided to take my second chance seriously, it was already too late. I made the mistake of killing someone without giving them any warning of a claim. I was banned for having too many warns by D Rose. My ban was later updated by Aidan to be permanent. Why should your ban be removed?: With my ban being over a little over a year and a half now, I have had a lot of time to look back on my situation. I know that what I did was wrong and I have been told that I exhausted my last chance on the server. I have been trying to get myself reacquainted with the community over the past month and a half by joining in the TeamSpeak. I have also have been joining the DarkRP server once in a while to meet a few people over there. I have been trying to clear my name in the community as much as I can. My original permanent ban was due to the old 3 ban rule. If you had 3 bans, you weren't allowed to come back plain and simple. I was in a very dark place at the time. My grandma had just been diagnosed with cancer and found out she had 2 weeks left. I was 14 years old at the time and just wanted to focus on irl. I definitely went around this situation the wrong way and 100% could have handled it better. I know that I have joked in the past about the number of bans that I had, but I have only had the one before now and the current one.

I recommend you read all of the replies. This happened today, and it shows that frank doesn't actually know the rules. He didn't uphold them as a "joke." I don't think Frank has reformed and he has been putting on a show. I also don't think Frank will be capable of change. At least for a while. All of my interactions with him have been subpar and I honestly think he is hiding his personality
